I'm replacing an older Mac Book Pro laptop that was very expensive only to have it run very slow and continually drop the WiFi. I believe Apple does this on purpose so you have to buy a new laptop every few years. Therefore I didn't want to buy another Mac Book for that reason but I really liked the aluminum body and slim look of the Mac Book and found a great substitute in this Lenovo. It is affordable, no problems with dropping the WiFi and looks and feels great. It even has a backlit keyboard with 2 brightness settings and thumb print recognition which I really love. It also boots up very fast since it doesn't come pre-loaded with all that garbage most computers come with these days. So if you are looking for a nice aluminum body and a great value in your next laptop, I would not hesitate to pick this up. For the price I paid it was totally worth it.

The price was less than half that of Surface pro products, and once I got used to the keyboard, which feels different from the type cover of Surface pros, I came to like it.

Posted .Once again, thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga C740-14. You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. Just type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

I absolutely love my new Lenova Yoga C740 2 inch Touch Screen computer. It literally took less than 15 minutes to set it up. It verbally walked me through the steps. I love that it's touch screen. I love that it's a flip screen. I absolutely love that is is very lightweight and thin.

Great overall laptop

It's quick, responsive and has a great screen. I had to return two HP computers due to poor screens. There is a finger print reader, back lit key board and it turns into a tablet. My daughter will be able to use this for school for some time due to the current pandemic.

I would have liked to have a version where the screen can detach from the keyboard, but overall it is a great laptop and I like the fold up tablet feature. Super light, can emulate a pad with its touchscreen capabilities. Not super easy to type if you have meaty fingers. But it makes up for it with a super defined and clear screen, nice touchpad, touchscreen, and backlit keyboard.

Screen is bright with great colors, speed is good, learning how to use Edge and the systems has be challenge for this old Apple user. Touch pad is very sensitive and the battery life is not up to par (compared to what I was use to).
