I take this with me everywhere, for work, for my virtual yoga, in the car as a passenger. It is one of the later models so designing a PowerPoint for example is quite professional. The size is perfect.

Great all around Laptop, minor issues

My only real issue is the interface with Hangouts, the microphone does not work. No idea why as it works just fine in Zoom. It's annoying and I currently don't have a working headset so I can't meet with friends on the platform they are using. Other than that, the laptop boots up quickly and easily meets my needs for a lightweight computer I can use on the go. I love the backlit keyboard, especially that it has two levels of light or can be turned off.

Since the microphone will work with other APPs, be sure you have the latest version of the APP. Uninstall the APP then reinstall it. Solid performer with some useful features

The only real issues I have with it are that it runs hot if you are a lap user and it has intermittent WiFi connectivity issues other devices on my network do not have.

You can use Lenovo Q-Control to manually control fan performance: ( Fn + Q ) option to change the fan. The Yoga C740-15 ships with Intel 5G, Wide-Range/High-Speed 2x2 802.11AC WiFi capability. For the best performance, be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer and that all of the BIOS files and drivers are updated to that latest version of Windows 10. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list.
