We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your Lenovo Yoga C930-14. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. Concerning the issues you experienced with the Lenovo Active Pen, check the pen input settings for the software you are using the pen with (i.e., Word, Paint etc.). There are several configurations of the Lenovo C930-14. Model number 81C4000HUS ships with a IPS LCD w/LED Backlight screen, with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (FHD). Other configurations of the Yoga C930-14 ship with screens having resolutions of up to 3840 x 2160 (UHD) - model number 81C4000EUS. The Lenovo Yoga C930-14 is an ultra portable but a high performance system with its Quad-Core/Eight-Thread Intel Core i7-8550U processor and 12GB of RAM and a 256GB solid state hard drive. It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal. Concerning lag while using the included active digital pen. This would be a function of the software program you are using the pen with. Try adjusting the software input settings of the software using an active pen as the input source.
