I knew that I would need a laptop to meet my needs-not just with writing projects but with visual projects. Because of the pandemic occurring, I definitely made the right decision. The Yogo C940 is a fast processing laptop that helps professional students to meet their needs and wants while going through school. Not only the processing is a plus for me, but the tablet and laptop mode make this laptop super special. I can read and mark up my ebooks and articles, too! I highly recommended this laptop for school!!!

Sleek, Powerful, Suprisingly good pen

I primarily take notes on one side and watch a video on the other side so I purchased the lenovo active pen 2 in advance thinking the skinny pen included wouldn't be that useful. I was so wrong, I now prefer writing with the skinny lenovo pen included with the laptop because it feels more precise and the buttons are further up and don't get pressed accidentally like with the active pen 2. Everything about this laptop great as advertised honestly. Wakes up super super fast, fingerprint reader never misses. Only feedback is webcam is mediocre.

Nice laptop but need adapters to use older inputs

The keyboard is spread out larger and differently than my older Lenovo. It is a little awkward to type, but I am getting used to it. I miss the older USB ports since all my attachments are the large size and the camera card ports, but I bought an adapter which works fine with the laptop. The fingerprint scanner is nice as is the soundbar. Screen quality is good. The power port is the new 'C' size, and the power is supplied by a heavy brick, but there are lighter ones that can be purchased. Older power sources will not work.

Run fast, great storage! The cons are the battery life is terrible dont mistaken your camera to be broken due to the internal camera cover (slider located near camera)

Excellent laptop, superior quality!

This version fixes all of those problems. The integrated stylus is essential because not only did the last one not come with one, but there also wasn't a place to store it. The sound was also mediocre before, but excellent now. Obviously it's hard to get headphone quality from integrated speakers, but these get about as close as they can. The one downfall is that they're only at their best when you're right in front of the computer. If you're at a 45 degree angle they loose a bit of crispness. 10/10 would recommend.

Great for college students!

The only con is that it only has one USB port so you cannot Use a drawing tablet and a mouse at the same time.

I have a USB dock that I use from Lenovo which has made my life super easy. It has all the ports I need and can also output to multiple monitors. So with a great powerful laptop, I feel my workstation is complete. Definitely recommend this model as previous models had bad keys or a shift key that was placed awkwardly, but things are super simple on this keyboard lay out. Also webcam has a sliding cover as seen on all high end Thinkpads, just everything you can ask for!!

Love that C940 is slightly smaller but more powerful. My only complaint is that I find the pen sometimes harder to get out on this unit than the C930. The hook definitely helps and was a nice addition. But becasue I have short nails, I wish that Lenovo would have kept the spring loaded function in addition to adding the hook. Nevertheless would recommend this unit. I have continued to purchase Lenovo yoga since the first edition. I have been pleased with the evolution and upgrades over the years.
