But I have fiddled with it here and there and everything seems to be working just great. The battery life is good, not excellent but definitely better than what I had before. It runs super quietly which is great. My HP elite book was very loud and the fans were running nearly all the time. The touch screen is great and the garaged pen is a fantastic bonus. I’m very much enjoying my Yoga so far.

Everything was easy to set up and the clarity of the screen is great! The only reason it's not a 5 is the size. It's a bit smaller than I thought it would be, especially compared to my last 15.5 Dell it replaced. Battery life is very good and the speed it great! I picked this model because of the black key board as opposed to the silver/gray key board. The back lighting was much better on the black model which was only a 14" screen. The silver key board had a 15" screen.

This was purchased about two months into the pandemic, since the previous laptop I bought from bestbuy had to be sent out for repairs, and I never saw it again. Therefore, I was given an in store credit and I chose this, due to it's compact size and i7 processor, along with the gig amount. The initial Lenovo had to be returned since it kept cutting off and freezing. I was given a brand new device and this far it seems to be doing fine.

Had a hub connected with a monitor and other USB devices that are no longer recognized. I Tried everything to get it back to work, but nothing that is a software fix works. Seems like a hardware issue, because after the computer was off for a while, it started working, but then again stopped working. Unless you dont plan on plugging much to it I guess is a good portable tablet like device. The screen quality is really good, and the touch screen is good even without the pen. The performance is quite good, even with 100 tabs open on a browser and video playing, it keeps going no lag. Good device for lightweight use.

First, be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer, then update all of the BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 10. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Snappy, light and compact, it's everything the Yoga 2 was, but improved. Went for the 1080 screen because battery life on the Yoga 2 with its HD screen wasn't great and got worse as the unit aged. NO heat issues as are reported for competing HP and Dell. My ONLY issue was the screen out of the box needed some tweaking. Sharpness needed a boost and color temp needed to be warmed up a bit. Easy to do in the Intel graphics app and customizing options are essentially limitless. A really great machine.

Huge fan of the Yoga line

But I do really love the Yogas, and this latest one is no exception. It is really fast, light, solid build, great sound, crisp screen, and the perfect amount of storage. And the machine is truly clean; it came with with no adware, and only one additional program (McAfee). In all there were only two icons on the the desktop, and the whole system came with maybe 50G of drive used. That is just awesome. And getting it through BestBuy was a breeze.

Product functions as presented. I have not yet evaluated the Thunderbolt connection. I suspect it will lead to the need for expensive cords to use with peripheral products that may also be less economical. It has one USB which I can use for a variety of peripherals I already own. Not a fan of the Microsoft "push" of Edge and Bing. Clear crisp screen. enjoy the stylus house in the machine.
