At first I didn't like it, but now I do. - Stylus pen is too short and narrow for long usage - Stays relatively cool. Never uncomfortable heat Con - the scroll up and down function on the touchpad wasn't working for some reason... - Clicky mousepad. May hurt joint after much usage. Would recommend getting a mouse or tapping instead of clicking.

You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. Just type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.
Great Work Laptop!

It loads up within second and is able to keep up with all the programs I have running at the same time. I could have a vpn on, while running a virus scan, have Excel and Word open, and 10 different web browsers and it never slows or lags on me. Even the audio and visual quality is very good. You get what you pay for and I love it.

Its a very comfortable laptop to use especially when I have a USB-c hub attached that lets me simultaneously use my SD, external hard drive, and other accessories. It is a bit bulky to use as a tablet, but I knew that when reading the reviews. Since I expect to primarily use it as a laptop, this is not a problem for me.

Overall, I find its a great laptop given its features as well as price and I'd recommend this to anyone looking to buy a laptop under 1K, which is what I bought it for in the first place

Other than maybe having one of the USB-C ports on the right side, which may not be possible due to the placement/docking location of the included pen. When I need another computer, I will more than likely purchase one of these. Definitely premium build quality. I got a great deal on an open box for only $909.99.

Except for the awkward location and the ergonomics of pulling out the pen, everything seems just right. It does not support facial recognition for logging in to Windows; you have to use the fingerprint scanner. Overall very happy with the sleek, lightweight, powerful laptop.

Awesome Lenovo Ultrabook, great performance

Honestly I don't think I could be more satisfied with my decision.

Posted .The Lenovo Yoga C940-14, model number 81Q9002GUS, ships with a 720p (HD) webcam with manual Privacy Shutter built in. Be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open before trying to use the webcam or the webcam will not operate. There is a small slider, directly above the webcam lens. Move the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. There is a red dot over the webcam lens that will disappear when the Privacy Shutter is fully open. This will indicate that the webcam is really to use. You can close the Privacy Shutter when you are done with the webcam for your security, by sliding the tab to the left to close the Privacy Shutter. The Red Dot will appear over the webcam lens when the Privacy Shutter is closed. If the issue continues, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
