Great laptop, Has great speakers, music sounds so full. The graphics are just what I expected.

This is a great machine! I was especially looking for a touch screen, Intel Core ultra 9i, 32 GB and a 1 TB SSD, and this laptop has il all! Highly recommended.

I've had this laptop for the last year and I do heavy programming as well as leisure on it and it's excellent. Holds up great to my MacBook pro, has two SSD slots so I can install Ubuntu Linux for dev. The mini led display is nice and sound is beautiful.

Very fast and powerful machine for all age group. Play game or use for programming language, mlm or anything. Works really well with trading softwares without screendrop and lags.

Happy with the purchase so far, although I haven't put it to the test with heavy architectural rendering and animation tasks yet. It did have one weird occurrence of the fan going on max when I was shutting it down. No way to turn off fan, or turn on computer or get a response in any way until I was able to drain the battery and restart about 10 hours later. Haven't seen a repeat of this luckily, but it did give me a bit of a scare. Overall very versatile, efficient, and great value for a workhorse laptop

I would give it zero stars if I could. I bought this laptop in June, I have had to call in 4 times for the exact same thing. It keeps telling me there is no microphone. So every time I call geek squad they have to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them. This shouldn't happen all the time. It will reboot itself and then it doesn't have a microphone. I will never by another Lenovo laptop again. This last time, they told me I have to bring it in. But I work from home, so if they can't fix it, what am I supposed to do? I'm am very frustrated. I paid $1879.24 for something that doesn't work. It very frustrating when you get on a zoom call and there is no microphone, so nobody can hear you. I have wasted hours on the phone with Geek squad and have jeopardized my job for a laptop that doesn't work. The photo I attached shows it has no input, no microphone. No input devices found.

[Employee of bestbuy] Awesome peeformance with running servers and VMs. Coding with github-copilot feels so smooth. Running high performance games is no problem at all, but not recommended as it's not built to game. Keep gaming limited for longevity.

A beast of a work computer. Plenty of processing power and ram. My wife almost bought an apple until I found this for half the price. I can't complain about the battery life with something this powerful. Just how it is.

Plenty of power and performance for all my applications. Fully functional for Windows 11. Great display. Battery could have better life, but I usually keep it plugged in if I use it for longer work. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase.

The speed, ease of use and storage capacity are as advertised! I run two tax programs, word, excel, my client portal, email and my equity trading platform simultaneously with no issues. Best Buy of the year!!

It’s not as seamless with my Galaxy devices as my Galaxy Book was, but that’s to be expected. As a computer, it does everything I need, and it’s got enogh video zip to run games, too. Paid a good price in-store on an open box unit, too.

Great laptop! Wow it's fast. Makes my old machine look like a chump. The graphics card and display are razor sharp and really responsive. I appreciate the extra realestate the full 16" gives me.

The power button broke after literally six gentle pushes, it fell inside the chassis. Also the USBC does not support charging, and does not recognize external SSDs. Only one day old, I opened up a repair place, and Lenovo immediately closed it saying my only option was to go through post sales support. I called post sales support, and they said my only option was to return it. So Lenovo refused to fix it and refuse to replace it. Had to return to Best buy

This this Lenovo laptop has a brilliant mini OELD screen with over 1200 NITS. The only thing I hate about it is the very, very loud and constant fan noise.

Great performance and overall package as a Windows laptop. The only thing I would improve would be the slight chassis flexing on the bottom and the loud fans under load. But this is as best of a performance laptop you can get for the money in the Windows world.

Great laptop only trade off is the battery life. Which makes sense for a unit thats packing that much power. So heads up. I get about 2h35min on a full charge.
