Just going to rock with it for now. Some of the top items below: Pros 1) The screen is gorgeous. Nothing can compare to the deep contrast of a tandem OLED. Well worth the extra cost. Let's be fair, that's what you're buying this laptop for. Better deals elsewhere with wifi7 also, etc. and some even Thunderbolt 5 (in a heavier louder machine - but cheaper) Cons 1) Nearly burning the house down by overheating 200+ degrees while in sleep mode. Unclear what damage was done if any. Format reinstall before returning it resolved itself. Lenovo battery management software? I installed it, issue came back, uninstalled it. I no longer put it to sleep as often if at all. Not convinced 100% that was it though. Forums indicate Lenovo recommends a replacement for this issue. Yikes. 2) Randomly the touchpad stops working for touch. Border of the pad sometimes still works and click works, but touch / drag goes out. Comes back shortly after some use. It's brand-new so not dirty or oily. Cleaning had no effect but it happens less often.? Perhaps drivers or other were updated. Not monitoring or that bothered yet to investigate further. Seems a very common issue for Lenovos to overheat in sleep mode for YEARS ACROSS MULTIPLE MODELS!! Buy at your own risk.

Very Capable

I use for my personal/ business. It is very fast and has more than enough of everything for my needs

The laptop is super thin and lightweight and it makes traveling very easy. It can also run programming softwares such as VS Code insanely fast and also normal tasks insanely fast. One downside though is this snapdragon GPU is not the best and cannot run some games. The battery life is amazing and a good 2-3 days at average use and at minimal use around a week.

Regarding the heat produced, this Yoga Pro 9i features an active cooling system, along with other components and software, designed to enable the user to power through work without throttling due to heat produced. We recommend that the bottom of the device, where the air intake vents are, is clear of obstructions to increase air flow. Additionally, this Yoga Pro 9i features Smart Control, enabling the user to use the key command combination of Fn + Q to toggle between thermal/performance mode. For instances where you may use the device in your lap or a situation where the intake vents may be obstructed, we recommend switching to cool or quiet mode to help with the heat felt on the bottom of the machine. Also, please check for and apply any available updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings to help ensure you are using the latest software and drivers to verify your system is running as efficiently as possible. If you could, please share what you may be doing with your system or programs you may be using when the laptop warms up, as this can help determine the root of the issue if it were not resolved after these steps.
We also wish to clarify that the system features an aluminum casing, but we appreciate your comment as this point has been noted to be investigated as a potential future design improvement.
