It’s fast, lightweight, and handles everyday tasks smoothly without slowing down. The screen looks great, setup was easy, and it’s been a solid computer for work, browsing, and general use. 2ND TIME AROUND IS THE BEST

The first one is an IdeaPad 5, bought 3 years ago, that is still running strong. Recently the Copilot+ PC's came out and I was waiting for a good buy and at $999 I grabbed one and was not disappointed. It is a lot better then my first. No bloatware and very fast. I wish they had kept the auto ON feature when you lift the top instead of the ON button on the side but I have no complaints of heat or noise with this computer. Also I am to use my old printer/scanner because it is an x86 computer. All and all a great computer.

Good Performance and Physical Design

Keyboard feels good to my fingers while typing. Overall, I have the performance I was looking for at school. I'm uncertain how much I like the webcam image quality.

Excellent machine to consume media

Although it is not OLED, the IPS panel is great, colors are accurate and punchy. Text is super sharp. The speakers are awesome; they sound full of plenty of base and a lot of presence. The keyboard feels like a dream when you touch the keys. It is a big machine, it is not thin and light, but it doesn't feel hefty or bulky either. Recommended.

Overrated

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sufficient, but nothing special. 16gb isn't enough RAM for my needs, and its not expandable. Beware of this. If you tend to have several chrome windows open at a time, the computer will freeze, regardless of if you have any other apps open. Same holds true for Opera, which supposedly uses less RAM. Windows is also very buggy. The system routinely freezes and is always performing updates to Windows. Battery life is super short at around 4 hours, so not as advertised. I'd rather own an Mac and learn a whole new system. This is my last Windows product. Not worth the price in my opinion.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

This my first laptop purchased ever. My parents have always purchased them as a gift. I’ll super impressed this far. The camera clarity is great (main reason I purchased), audio is loud and clear. It’s light weight so very portable. The touch screen feature is an added bonus I didn’t know I needed; however I do believe feature make the screen glitchy if there’s debris on it.
