Fantastic sound. I use it mainly for podcasting. My only issue is that there are not two USB ports as I thought there was.

Great battery life and screen

The performance is snappy, and the battery easily lasts a full day with normal use. The display is bright and clear, a significant upgrade from my previous gaming laptop. While it doesn't have a dedicated GPU, the integrated graphics handle light gaming surprisingly well. All my essential programs and browsers run smoothly without any issues. Pros: Excellent battery life Fast performance for daily tasks Bright, high-quality display Good port selection (USB-A, 2x USB-C, headphone jack) Windows Copilot integration works well Cons: Linux installation requires workarounds for full functionality (hoping future updates improve this) Comes with typical Windows bloatware (though a clean Windows reinstall resolves this easily) Overall, this is a solid laptop for productivity and light entertainment. The hardware is impressive, and while there are some software quirks, they're manageable with simple solutions.

Good Product, Good Price

Like the larger screen, good performance, sound, driver compatibility. Surprised at battery life. Can run all day without recharging. Good Product, good price. Best Buy delivered when promised.

Good laptop, great battery life

Checks almost all the boxes just wish they did it in a 16" with the keyboard centered as well. Decent speakers, good resolution, best battery life, good keyboard/trackpad. Not much else to ask for but a bigger screen as I'm used to 16" laptops. Great laptop though if you are used to a smaller screen this is the perfect laptop for you.

No problems at all

I researched a lot of laptops before purchasing this one and got a great deal on it when on sale. Very happy with my purchase. Have been using it for several weeks now. I leave it plugged in most of the time so can't speak as to how the battery life is. My only complaint would be the lack of usb ports and only one HDMI port but that's pretty typical for laptops. Still trying to find a really good docking station.

Software can be a bit iffy, and the track pad is way too large. My palms catch on it while typing. Otherwise, it's fine.

Great laptop!

Bought it for coding but so far have only used it for streaming and normal tasks. Would've loved to have the number pad on the keyboard but I wanted a smaller laptop... can't have both unfortunately. Overall am very happy with my purchase, great price for the specs!
