Xavier was very helpful advising me of the specific processor, storage capacity and memory that would best satisfy my needs. I am enjoying my new HP much more than the Lenova I had before. All in all it was a pleasant experience shopping at Best Buy.

a 'standard' Windows experience

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i wouldn't have known anything was different. downloaded FL Studio. website stated "not designed for ARM" it ran anyway. oldschool demoscene programs worked lets discuss some cons. it did get very hot when i ran win7 backup w/ 5T hd plugged in, and i forget what else was running lenovo speakers sound below average. no headphone jack, which is minor. as a software developer, i found the finger gymnastics ultimately crippling. other laptops have this issue, but not my 2021 Spectre i liked the keyboard feel otherwise. Ended up getting an Air M3

Transferring all my data over from my old Intel based computer had its problems and my monitoring service was unable to install it's software. Even after a few months, not all of my devices work with my new Snapdragon based Lenovo Yoga laptop. If I had known about the issues I have had to face, I would have stayed with an Intel-based machine.

Bad drivers for keyboard.

Apparently, Windows drivers and the lenovo drivers dont work well together? Computer has worked fine, but the keyboard is unusable, sooooo....
