    I'm impressed with this OLED screen even though it's not 4 K (3K). So far, I love it! The Dolby Atmos speakers and sound surprisingly good.

    This is a great laptop for web browsing and MS Office apps. However, the drawback to these new ARM chips is that there are a lot of specific applications and printer drivers that won’t run on them. While I loved the quietness, OLED screen and long battery life. I ultimately had to return it.

    I loved a lot above this computer but there were too many compatability issues with the snapdragon. When that is solved this will be top of the line. I had to return mine.

    This laptop lives up to its billing in terms of color quality, speed, transportability, wight and ergonomics. My problem with it is that productivity is severely hampered by keyboard input. When working of a document the typed input freezes or disappears. Sometimes I have to repeatedly pounce on a key for output to continue or just wait. Other times, whatever is being entered on the keyboard will move to some unrelated place on the screen.

    The laptop is bloated with ads and can’t run a lot basic software because of the Arm processor. If you can look past that it is very fast.

    Computer has been mostly a great buy. It is too easy for the camera to be deactivated with the switch on the side that doesn’t take much to be turned off.

    Snapdragon is nor compatible with my HP 9015e printer/scanner and prints very slow and does not scan requiring cold reset of the HP. Response time is slow. Picture quality excellent, keyboard & touchscreen good. Think carefully before considering this particular model. Didn’t measure up to my Lenovo Thinkpad it replaced.
