Stunning Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the color of this laptop, it is called cosmic blue, but it is really a metallic dark blue color. Secondly, the screen is 14.5 inches, which is slightly larger than the 14 inch standard, and you can actually feel the increase. The display colors are sharp and stunning. It goes up to 1000 nits according to specs, and I love this display. Since this is 14.5 inches, the speakers are on the side of the keyboard and the sound is quite good for a laptop of this size. The touch screen is great and the laptop is slim, fast and visually pleasing. This has the 90HZ 3k OLED display, so it is a very high end display. THe processor is also top of the line Snapdragon Elite. The storage is 512, so a little low, but I keep most of my stoff on one drive so its not an issue for me.

Posted .Hey JillF, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Yoga Slim 7x. To help resolve this issue, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the drivers on the Lenovo Support site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. Type the machine serial number (S/N) on the search bar. Hit enter to search the details regarding that unit. Click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to the Manual Update tab. Filter the Operating System drop-down to Windows 11 and proceed to downloading / updating the drivers. Restart your laptop when updates are done. If your issue persists after these steps, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting. Disappointing All Around
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The pros: - Decent Battery Life - The keyboard feels good and is adequately backlit - Performance is adequate for regular tasks - Gorgeous display The Cons: - This unit is an absolute fingerprint magnet. It requires regular cleaning to maintain its aesthetic. This is not a huge complaint, but it's enough of a problem to mention it. - Lenovo support quality is dropping. I needed a recovery USB and since this CPU architecture is not incredibly common in laptops, a person has to obtain a recovery USB pre-installed with device drivers. They sent me a USB-A flash drive knowing this device only has USB-C. Their recovery media creator does not work for the most part, which is a common complaint from Lenovo customers. - The batteries life is already down to 90% of its original capacity after less than 8 months of usage. - Lenovo has opted to stonewall the ability to install Qualcomm drivers manually, forcing the user to rely on Windows update to receive updates. As of 5/26/2025, there has yet to be an update released. I'm still waiting for the latest BIOS update that unlocks the BIOS to allow for installing the latest Ardreno GPU drivers I would not recommend this device as of right now, and I'm actively looking to trade the device in / sell in order to replace it.

Amazing Laptop that is Macbook-like!

Still, everything else is the same….Build quality on this thing is amazing. No flex, no issues. Screen is great with the OLED and does not suffer from the screendoor effect like some other OLED laptops. This thing is also vert fast! Not just spec and benchmark fast but in everyday use. All my programs work on it so fast, except Google Drive but I’m sure that’ll come in time. This is probably the snapdragon laptop to beat so far.

Monster laptop for the price

I was nervous to get a windows based laptop as I am a content creator, influencer and do light gaming. I played World of Warcraft and Apex legends with no hiccups , lags or over heating. The fans are super quiet , the battery lasts all day even with light gaming. Surprisingly with gaming the on board graphix card is actually good games look crisp and clear. Not a fan of AI but this co pilot seems to have the kinks worked out and its fun to use and play with. I do video editing smoothly and the touch screen comes in handy which is very responsive.
