I took the Microwave out of the box and tried to open the door to remove the instructions but the door would not open. Pushed on the release button about 25 times and nothing would happen. I gave up after 15 min. Returned to the store and got a refund. Decided against ordering another one because of the quality control that let this one thru the cracks. The box did not appear to be damaged at all so I don't think it was a result of shipping.

I thought the pizza oven would fit pizzas. It's nice for baking very small things.

Came with broken door.Trying to get my money from LG.Its been more than a month. I also lost my 20 dollar gift certificate from best buy by purchasing this broken microwave.Because it is a heavy microwave I can't take this to best buy

I liked this item because of the bottom oven tray. Great for Pizza.

This is a well-built and reliable space-saving solution that when used properly will replace your standard microwave, toaster and toaster oven. Advertised as a 2-in-1 appliance, is actually a 3-in-1 if you pay close attention to instructions, cooking results and what the unit teaches you over time. I learned that while not advertised as a feature, the magnificent energy-saving bake tray actually makes perfect toast at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. The clock along with the rest of the control panel are also very user-friendly. My fiancé and I live in an economy sized 1 bedroom apartment and we're also very energy conscious consumers for both environmental and financial reasons. If this sounds like you at all, get this microwave! You won't be disappointed, LG is a top appliance manufacturer including the countertop microwave division. The the bake tray, mainly marketed as a pizza oven is great for medium to thin crust pizzas but also for any number of frozen foods, crisping leftovers, etc. I haven't cooked anything in there that started out raw, I'm only concerned about odors being left behind. But someday I will try it. Maybe something low profile, chicken or fish. I'll update this review with my results on that experiment. The unit does cool itself down after a bake cycle to expel the hot air to preserve the electronics components inside so if you hear it running after it's already done, that's all that's happening. It is ok to run the microwave while the bake tray is in cool down mode, I just wouldn't do it all the time. My three real complaints about the unit are that LG doesn't offer multiple styles of bake tray(such as a grill with built-in drip tray), there's no convection cooking feature and LG covers every singe part of the unit in cellophane BEFORE fully assembling it so it's impossible to get it all removed from in between the seams of the sheet metal. The worried me that it would be an unsafe fire hazard but I called LG's customer support line which could use a revamp btw, and they said no it's fine. Just an annoying, time-consuming waste of plastic that takes a lot of patience to remove and can't be recycled.

We received this as a promotional item. It's still in the box. It should work as promised. It will likely be a very lovely holiday regift.

Ordered June 30, 2016. Arrived after July 4. Today we took new microwave out of box and door would not open. Put it back in box and drove to store. They wouldn't take it back because I did not open the box a few days sooner. I am handicapped and it is hard for me to carry this microwave all over trying to return it. Will not be purchasing anything from Best Buy again.

I purchased this microwave since it had the built in oven. Once I got home, the box wasn't damaged, but once I opened it, it had all of it's packing material, but when I pulled off the cover, it had a huge dent in the top. Appeared to be done outside of the box, so not sure if it was used.Now I know why it was a clearance item.

We returned this item and bought a standard microwave. The oven was not what we expected and not able to cook anyhing very large. couldn't make toast, looks like it would only be good for frozen pizza. We didn't try it, returned it immediately. For the price, we bought a small microwave and a small toaster oven that met our needs.

The unit looks great and I was excited to use the baking drawer. However, the mechanism to open the door had failed prior to opening the box, and I was unable to open the main microwave door so I had to return it.
