A pretty, simple, stainless microwave. How often does anyone use all the fancy programming anyway? Bot because have had good luck with other LG products. So far works great. Installation was straightforward, no real surprises. Intructions were fairly clear. Only complaint was no real instructions as to right/wrong way to assemble vent flapper plate...i guessed from the picture and it seems to work ok. The only kinda negative so far is that it sounds like a jet airplane while running. I attribute that (hopefully) to a nice, strong fan and blower, so a good/bad thing?

Nice looking microwave. Compared to the one replaced, I find it a bit noisy & the cooking time a little slower. The wire rack has been removed, and stored, as I found there to not be enough room to use the microwave plate with the rack inserted. I do find it to be user friendly...and I would buy again.

The installation instructions are very good and detailed. The oven is a little bit noisy

I love the stainless finish. It's a little bit noisier than my old microwave but I think it heats up food faster.

I general microwave works great, no issues in performance over the 9 months. Downsides... most micro-waves have a separate timer you can set, this model does not ;( seems to louder than previous microwaves. Overall good value for the price.

Great value for the brand. I've always read great reviews for LG. I debated on the Samsung which was just a few dollars more. The microwave looks nice & works perfect but the downfall is its very loud when food is being heated and there is not a timer button but it does what we need which is "warm" our food. We do not cook or bake in it, so it works for our family. The purchasing decision was determined by my future purchase of the LG range/oven to match the microwave.

It is very nice but it is much noisier than I expected. I was disappointed when I got it installed and the door wouldn't open. Make sure you measure not only the width of your opening, but also the depth. Cabinets/walls can not be too deep!

This is a good product for the price! It is not a high end microwave but it works perfectly for the price. It does have a loud funny noise to it but it doesn't affect the overall performance.

this is not a top of the line unit, but it gets the job done. the fan is a bit loud while the microwave is operating. Its got nice auto features and works well. Install was quite easy too

The LG looks nice. A bit on the loud side when it runs but not too bad. The preset buttons work well and it's easy to use.

Microwave works well, it is pretty loud though. Also no kitchen timer which we were sad to discover. Works well and looks nice for the price though.

Great microwave for the price (open box). Is in great condition. Works very well. Only drawback is that it is a little loud and there is no timer.

Love my new black microwave. It's so much better then the old one. I do not like the fan though it's a little to loud for me.

Easy to operate but very noisy compared to the prior microwave I had.

In the store it made a loud noise opening and closing at home NO not at all perfect size I don't need the shelf inside nice idea but not needed yet...

The microwave was not to difficult to hang on the wall. All the functions are pretty basic and easy to use. Was surprised though, there is not a timer on the microwave. The fan seemed a little loud as well.

I didn't actually need a microwave when I bought this, but it was cheaper to buy all four appliances, and I thought that it would be nice to have them all match. Well it doesn't really match because this has the old, green-light display while the other appliances have modernized, white lights. I also assumed that with a new microwave I'd get some kind of improvement over my old one. Nope - it's alarmingly loud, and you can't even turn off the turn table. My ten-year-old one at least had that feature. I probably should have returned it. I'm still thinking about it. Not sure if I just wasn't paying attention in the showroom or what.

This product is very good for the price the only thing about it it was a little difficult to mount may be operator error because I could not find the wall studs LOL good power operation could be a little bit quieter but no complaints

Easy install but LG microwave is loud and much louder than my other 2 non L G units. In fact it inpacts conversations in the kitchen when on.

This low cost model functions well. However, it is the loudest microwave that I have owned. While microwaving, it emits loud mechanical sounds of possibly the turntable, internal fan (not the exhaust fan), and ???
