I previously only purchased GE appliances but my last GE microwave died and was replaced three times in a year and a half. This LG unit works great and was less than $250. I really love the finish looks high quality and shows no fingerprints

Had loose door problems with old unit; but this LG door is firm, latches and releases easily. Installer did efficient and fast install.

To help minimize noise, we recommend checking that the turntable is correctly aligned on its ring and that the vent fan is set to a lower speed if it is currently on high.

It was 3 technicians that arrived to uninstall the old microwave and install the new one. One installed , one helped with the tools and the other did cleanup and made sure every detail was precise. Great work.

We had another LG before, and liked that, but this one is even nicer. I do like the grey interior. It just looks better. Also like the controls, they are functional and easy to understand.

One comment on installation; the template provided is a back/front template. Would have been easier if the top and back templates were seperate.

That is a frustrating feature. As long as you’re aware of it before you purchase, you’ll be fine.
