cheaply made door doesn't match when closing the door

I had initially wanted to replace my previous microwave with the same one but it was no longer available. I went on the hunt for something new. Overall I like the look of this microwave. As with a lot of the newer appliances, they have chimes and tunes instead of beeps. It gets kind of annoying, especially in the beginning but we're starting to get used to it. I like the usual keypad features but wonder why the fan has an on/off and a speed button when it could just be like the one button for the light, which presses through the different brightnesses and is the off button as well. The only thing that I'm not totally sold on is that the over the range fan comes on when the microwave is on. I'm not sure why, it seems like extra noise and extra use on the microwave over time. Overall its a decent microwave and I would recommend.

Overall, this is a good looking microwave that does the job well. - Most of the sensor functions are not very useful. However, a few like reheating pizza or a dinner plate work well. The sensor heat is better than manually entering times because it seems to heat a bit more evenly and slowly so that the food is steaming hot. But it only works for a narrow set of cases. - Like other LG products, the microwave plays a tune at the end of the cycle. Muting the beeps and tunes is not explained in the manual. To mute it, you need to press Stop and Clock buttons together and hold for 3 seconds. - The wifi functionality is not that useful. It can send a phone notification when cooking is done, if that is useful to you.

When we decided to buy new appliances we decided to Go with all LG for our kitchen. So far we love them all. Of course every brand is slightly different in operational choices.We found The LG microwave very easy to learn and we are very pleased with our choice and all the options available to us in using tbe microwave in our kitchen.

A quality microwave and fit perfectly over my range.

I love my new microwave. Very slick. The only thing I would have change is to get one with more stainless steel and not too much glass - it does show a lot of the finger prints.

Love this microwave! Replaced out GE one that died out after only four years. This one looks promising. Directions and use were absolutely on point.

This unit is actually saving me electricity as it cooks faster than my previous unit that had the very same wattage rating. The appearance is modern and clean while the control panel is glass rather than the flex plastic type that never looked as good as this.

Works as advertised. Another great LG product. Best Buy delivered on time, and the installer did an excellent job.

This is a very nice microwave. It is well designed, has a nice look and function very well. The only problem is that it is very loud. The exhaust fan works all the time when the microwave is on. I called LG and they said you can't turn the exhaust fan off. I don't know if I can still return it or not. I like it, but with a very noisy price. I don't know if all microwaves only work with the exhaust fan on or not.

This microwave works quite well. However, when trying to work it at night, the buttons do not light up, which makes it hard to operate.

This microwave is definitely different from the one I had before. It is simpler in many ways. It takes a little getting used to but definitely is an improvement over the old one. You really don’t realize how much you use a microwave until yours goes bad. The delivery and installation was perfect. The black stainless is my preference and fits with the other appliances in my kitchen.

We needed a replacement as the door handle of one installed three years ago came off. I have extended Best Buy warranty which came in handy. The replacement was done free of cost. The new unit so far looks good and makes less noise than the one before.

Good product a lot opinions to cook and easy to use any food

The specs for this microwave are not correct. It's advertised as having a 1.8 cu ft capacity, but it's noticeably smaller than our previous 1.8 cu ft Frigidaire microwave. So I measured the internal dimensions which are 9.25x19.5x13.75". This equals 1.44 cu ft, significantly less than the 1.8 cu ft it is supposed to be. The interior height is almost a couple of inches shorter than our old microwave. (Our old microwave was 1.76 cu ft when I measured and calculated it.) We've only had the microwave for a few days, and generally like it so far, but we're disappointed by the gross misrepresentation of its cooking capacity.
