Awful experience. Awful customer service
Orders twice and I paid for delivery but it was broken both time. Very bad product and vary bad customer services

Digital display malfunctioning after 2 years of use.

Perfect microwave

This microwave is definitely different from the one I had before. It is simpler in many ways. It takes a little getting used to but definitely is an improvement over the old one. You really don’t realize how much you use a microwave until yours goes bad. The delivery and installation was perfect. The black stainless is my preference and fits with the other appliances in my kitchen.
