I love the looks of this microwave as well as it's functionality. I have an LG side by side refrigerator & have decided to slowly convert all of my appliances to LG. This microwave looks great in my kitchen!

So far a nice microwave. The bell is quiet and it sings instead of beeping. If you leave the light on underneath the microwave stays warm inside all the time so heats food faster. Light inside is fairly dim.

Great product with great price. Also works great and somewhat easy too install.

Installation was quick and the template accurate. The overview provided in the owners manual was straightforward and a quick review. Wireless features provide minor conveniences. Operating sound level is acceptable. Cycle end tones are pleasant. LG ThinQ app remains tedious and inconsistent.

We purchased the microwave along with 3 other LG appliances for a kitchen makeover. All of them look impressive and fit our needs but the microwave, though it works great, has several shortcomings. Although the microwave cooks quickly and consistently, there is no backlight on the keypad and the letters are so dark that the overhead light is needed to use the keypad if the light coming in through adjacent rooms is obstructed such as on a cloudy day. Additionally, the roller ring under the plate inside the microwave is sometimes easily moved out of place when removing large bowls or heavy plates. It is then not easy to get the roller ring back into correct position so that the plate rotates evenly. Also, it takes three buttons to set a time to cook anything. For example, to set the timer to 30 seconds, it is necessary to first press the "Cook Time" button and then the "3" and "0" buttons because buttons 1, 2, 3 are preset to a certain number of minutes unless the "Cook Time" button is pressed first. I would purchase the same product again because it looks good and easily fits our needs. We have had the microwave for about 11 months.

We love our microwave! It’s easy to clean and has lots of helpful features that our old microwave didn’t have. My wife loves the soften function; it comes in very handy when she’s baking. We even like the little jingle it plays when it’s done cooking.

I absolutely this microwave! Our Samsung microwave had a piece broken we could not replace. My husband and I have and love our LG stove so we wanted to get an LG microwave. It was easy to install and to use.

I just bought this microwave oven. Compared to my old one, it's a lot quieter and 0.2 cubic feet bigger inside, although it occupies exactly the same volume on the outside. The only downside is that the ThinQ app isn't very useful for controlling the microwave; I was hoping it would at least give you the ability to turn off the song that plays every minute or so to remind you that your food is done so why don't you get up and fetch it, you lazy couch potato? No, really the songs are very sweet... Also, given that they went to the trouble of giving it WiFi capability, would it be too much to ask to have it set its clock from the internet time server automatically when you start it up after a power outage? Well, at least you don't have to pay much extra for their "smart appliance" features. For the price, this microwave is a really great value.

Works well. Easy to clean. Like the smooth and simple control panel. Replaced an older GE that quit working. Fit was perfect and install fast. Have used it a few weeks. No complaints.

Luxurious look. Glass front. Light touch controls. Good options. Easy clean grey inside. Sensor cooking doesn't work for me, but still satisfied. Wi-fi. Careful installation is level or bottom black may show.

Smart LG microwave. Love the music when it’s finished instead of the standard annoying loud beep and reminds you if you left something inside. Powerful cooking is done in minimal recommended time. Easy to use.

It is one of the best looking one to match our new LG Range! I wish the inside was white or a light color. LG has the dark gray, but the lights are bright inside. It works very well for us and would recommend the LG 1.8 Over the Range Microwave.

This was pushed on us because it was an "open box" return. They assured that all parts were complete and brand new. After getting home and getting it installed we learned that the bracket that must be used to mount with had been ripped from the previous persons wall and damaged and bent. I had to have this fixed before mounting the microwave. Love the microwave and it looks great now.

Very nice microwave. Quiet. Easy to install. The smart features are usefil and easy to integrate with other LG appliances. The only small thing, the light over the range is not bright. I replaced the halogen with an LED bulb, but it still isn't as bright as i would like.

I've only had this microwave for about 2 months, but so far so good! Works great, especially the sensor feature, reheats to perfection. Takes a while to get used to the buttons but that is expected. I had an LG microwave before this one and it lasted 10 years, so hoping this one will be the same!

Have had this over three weeks now and seems to be working just fine. Easy controls. Seems to have even heating. Fans are fairly quite. Cleans up nicely. Like the interior light that is on during cooking. Time done chime is fun.
