So far it's great, but to early to tell reliability. Not less noisy than our GE microwave. Has neat chimes for finish and timer. Was able to use the existing bracket from the last two micro's. ( GE and Sears.) The sensor doesn't seem to work very well. The water got too hot and the popcorn only popped a few kernels and stopped. The stove light gets really warm, surprised it's not led and cool. Was supposed to get install and haul away. But they just dropped it off and didn't haul away the old microwave. Very disappointed in that. Tried to do a chat to set up haul away but they couldn't help me there. Paying a lot to be a total member and not seeing the benefits!!

So far this microwave has been great! I have had no issues and it was easy to install. The vent on it is very strong and helps! Definitely recommend if you want a budget friendly microwave.

The microwave itself is very nice to look at. The big glass face makes it look much more higher-end and matches perfectly with the LG range that we bought along with it. We honestly don’t use our microwave for much other than heating up leftovers or softening butter on the fly but this unit is certainly much better than our previous microwave from a competing brand. Speaking of softening butter…this is the first microwave that we’ve ever owned that actually softens butter instead of turning it into a melted liquid. The sense cooking option does fantastic for reheating things too. Favorite feature is the smart connection with our range that turns on/off the lights and vent when we turn on/off the cooktop below.

Microwave Above Ranges are so common that features are available on most name brands, so it’s the Cost for features or the length of time it remains functional with no problems. See’ll see.

Works well. Easy to clean. Like the smooth and simple control panel. Replaced an older GE that quit working. Fit was perfect and install fast. Have used it a few weeks. No complaints.

I was very pleased about the appointment time. The delivery was on time, Kevin and Otto were very professional. Removed the old Microwave and installed the new one and showed me how to use it. I would recommend these guys for anything I needed to be done!!

Installation went smoothly. This microwave has a lot of bells & whistles, which we are still learning.

Great value for the price. Much quieter than the last microwave. More cubic feet in the same space.

Great look!… but the ring sound of the timer option is not my style. The little metal vents underneath the microwave seem to move and sometimes fall off the microwave. I like the lighting underneath the microwave. It’s been easy to clean.

Works great and looks great. The only thing i dont care for is the noice it makes when its done.

Works great, seems more powerful than the Kitchenaid it replaced. Weirdly, I think my favorite feature is the chime when the timer ends. Instead of an annoying beep, it plays a short melody.

The microwave is easy to use and the black stainless trim is a perfect color trim. What i dont like about it is the panel on the side is difficult to read the numbers and cook times don't light up and are printed very light. Need to use a flashlight to read or have a light directly over the stove.

The microwave was just installed - I was not able to see one before purchasing since none were on display near me. I was appalled to find that the interior of the oven is dark gray and not white like every other microwave I have ever seen. Plus there are two little LED lights at the front of the oven that are so blindingly bright that I can't see inside the oven! I still have little green dots before my eyes from the brightness! Is there any way to shield these lights so I can see into the over? I am very disappointed and I have not even used it! The dark interior and the blinding lights may be a deal breaker.

LG is a good product. I find that this microwave cooks faster than my old Whirlpool model that I replaced. Not sure why but I have to keep an eye on it until I get used to it.

Great over the range Microwave. Fits all my needs and looks great. The only issue think could be better is the mounting for the back. It got a little tricky to get the microwave lined up and on the two little mount points.

Microwave works very well. Comparable with the one I had for years.

All technicians sent exhibited the upmost professionalism. In addition they were extremely knowledgeable about the installation as well as the applances. Each technician explained how each appliance works. All 4 appliances are working well.

like the new sleek look of my new one as our old model Samsung broke.
