    Smaller than the one it replaced but looks good in the kitchen and you never know how much you use something until it dies. It was difficult waiting for this one to be installed. Installation went quickly and it functions flawlessly.

    The biggest complaint I have with this microwave is that there is no back light, so if you don’t have the light on, you can’t tell what buttons you need to push. That is a frustrating feature. As long as you’re aware of it before you purchase, you’ll be fine.

    I like this microwave. It cooks food predictably and evenly, and most of the buttons are intuitive. I wish they were a little better marked and/or color coded, because they're a bit hard to read in low light. I'm not a fan of the little musical ditty that play when the food is ready. But it is a handsome unit that is functioning well.

    This microwave looks sharp in my wall space and goes well with the range below it. I use it often and like the various options. I am still learning the features, but it is much better looking and cooking than my old microwave.

    Going from an older non smart model i can see wuch a difference. The self reheating feature is really nice. I love this microwave. Worth every penny.

    Does everything we wanted from a microwave. Had loose door problems with old unit; but this LG door is firm, latches and releases easily. Installer did efficient and fast install.

    Incredible value. I previously only purchased GE appliances but my last GE microwave died and was replaced three times in a year and a half. This LG unit works great and was less than $250. I really love the finish looks high quality and shows no fingerprints
