It performs as a 1000 watt is expected. Nice looking. Glass on door heavily tinted difficult to see food while heating. Clock dose not stay eliminated which makes it a less useful time piece. Turntable is not smooth but jerky while rotating.

I purchased the LG LMV2031SS in December 2020 and the microwave was great. However, this week (4/2/2022, less than 16 months of use) the control panel section on the front of microwave has come loose. I’ve called LG customer service and they believe a screw that holds the panel in place came loose. The bugaboo is, the screw isn’t accessible without disassembling the microwave, which should only be done by a microwave service center. And, since it’s 4 months past the warranty LG won’t fix it. I’ve yet to call a service center to get an estimate, but you can imagine it will be at least $200 to fix. While the microwave is still working for the time being, I anticipate running into more problems in the future due to the apparent lack of quality and long term durability. In the attached photos you can see on the top-right corner the amount of movement there is in the panel with the screw missing. It wiggles/moves about 1/4” every time a button is pushed on the control panel. Unbelievably annoying and very very frustrating for this to happen with an essentially new microwave.

This microwave is everything we needed and more! It has multiple setting and heats up our food quickly and efficiently.

Beautiful finish inside and out. Easy cleaning. The sensor cooking is awesome. I’m very happy with my new LG microwave.

Happily having hot times with this microwave. Display somewhat hard to read for people of shortish status.

Microwave is great. Stainless steel face and handle. Big on the inside while outside dimensions aren’t too space consuming. Fan is also very powerful

Microwave works great, easy installation.I had to drill different holes in the cabinets for the new microwave but, overall very simple installation .

I bought this when we upgraded all appliances with LG stainless steel. Great looking microwave and it's for a vacation home where we host large groups.

Easy to use and fits in standard 30 inch above range dimensions. My only issue is that the buttons are a little less responsive than my old microwave.
