    After reading the reviews and checking consumer report about LG Microwaves I decided to purchase the LG 2.0. The product looked great installed, but when you open the door it makes a clicking noice at the hinge. There plenty of room, the microwave is not touching the sides, yet the door is buckling at the henge. I would not buy this product.

    You do not value my opinion. Or my life. I had a range installed and 10 days later I realized that my house was full of natural gas. I tried to bring it to your attention and you just didn't care. I will keep telling you until you acknowledge the problem.

    250 per year for a Microwave - not a good deal

    Really not happy with this unit, Purchased 6/19, had it professionally installed in July of 19. The heat is cracking the paint on the wall just below the unit. On 8/18/21 it died. Spent over $500 and it lasted exactly 2 years. My first Microwave lasted almost 15 years.. but it wasn't an LG.

    Magneto went out after 4 years, yes it’s warrantied but it cost more to replace it than to buy a new one.

    The reviews on this item were very high on Best Buy and consumer report. The microwave looked great, to save money I paid a neighbor to help me install it. After I installed it I noticed annoying clicking sound coming from the hinges. The model in the store did not make that sound, because I returned on the 16 day I was only able to get a store credit. I will never buy LG again. So disappointed.

    2nd LG Microwave in Three years need replaced

    1st LG microwave lasted 2 years before magnetron went out. LG provides one year of labor and 10-year magnetron warranty. However, the labor would cost more than the microwave did originally. 2nd LG Microwave Magnetron went out after only 4 months.

    I purchased this with installation scheduled, i was given a date with a time of 12-8 pm no one ever showed up or called to let me know they were not coming. It took a good month from purchase to installation.

    Bad beginnings

    As soon as they finished installing we noticed a stain on the door of the microwave. Also when using the vent fan the next day, it was making a horrible sound. Best Buy replaced it with a new one a few days later and now it’s working and looking beautifully.

    We had our Kitchenaid microwave for over 8 years until it croaked. We had to buy LG because there were no current Kitchenaid models that would fit the space. Well, never again LG. I will never give this company another dollar. The microwave lasted 1 year. What a piece of crap. Stay away.

    LG horrible every product purchased has been repaired or replaced within a year of getting it - But great geek squad protection and great service and fast time to get it rectified and repaired every time - Geek Squad rocks LG does not

    Exhaust fan stopped working after warranty period.

    Exhaust fan died a year and six months in after the warranty period. Really unfortunate, they don't make them like they used to I guess. Microwave has been fine otherwise. But now I have to deal with steam whenever I'm using the microwave.

    HORRIBLE-Never Another LG Product

    The turntable which is supposed to be tempered glass chip when my wife was talking out a bowl. The piece literally hit her in the face. We have contacted LG support three (3) times and still no replacement, they are giving us the runaround. We will never buy LG products. Their support is horrible

    It has not been installed yet. The electric to it will be available Wednesday. Wonder if I can get in schedule for installation I paid for? Then I can do a real review! Should I call the geek squad?

    We bought this last year. Seven days after the warranty expired, it completely died. Lg was no help of course. If you want to spend $400-500 per year on microwaves, please buy. But if not, I wouldn’t buy LG.

    Made a racket when using for a few weeks, then made less of a racket for a few weeks, then it was back and forth. And now it's dead. A little over the 2 year warranty. Not a fan!

    It didn’t last longer than 3 weeks before it totally quit. Having a very difficult time getting it replaced because the request is hung up in the system.

    Spent all the time to install and plugged it in and could set time because it was 3 o'clock and the # 3 button on keypad is not working. I would rate this thing a zero if i could.
