Good price!

Spend the extra money and buy something better

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Own previous model, had great sound and good solid bass very fair price but the sub stopped connecting to the sound bar after about six months. figured I would roll the dice on the newer model and this one was even worse. The auto power on and adaptive volume control to where you can use the tv remote to adjust the volume quit wiring within a week, and it just a very week bass in my option compared to the previous mode (even had the exact sub). Save your money and invest in a better brand.

No HDMI

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t think it was a big deal that this unit didn’t have an HDMI port, but now realize it lost a lot of functionality due to this missing port. Many TVs will turn on the sound bar and control the volume when plugged in through the HDMI port... this unit must be controlled through it’s own remote, there is no visual que to show the current volume level and it’s impossible to see when input is being serviced. I won’t be recommending this to anyone.

Just ok

Odd mounting placement

Sounds ok.

Then the subwoofer signal started to go out randomly. That went on for a couple months, then eventually went out all together. Now I can't get the subwoofer to connect to the sound bar. I contacted LG customer service to get it replaced or fixed. My wife threw away the box that it came in, so LG customer service said they would send new packaging. It has been 2 months since I first contacted them and I still don't have any packaging. So I am basically left with a useless soundbar. I've contacted LG customer service 4 times with still no resolution. LG does not honor their warranty, so you're out of luck if you have issues. This was my first and last LG purchase.

Its ok

Lows are great Everything else so so

Wish I Could Use Product

The soundbar and subwoofer came in a very obviously digned up and previously opened box. There were 3 items missing (remote, power cord for soundbar, and usb cable). Called Best Buy customer service and they were so rude and absolutely no help - forwarded me on to Samsung (this is an LG product). Decided to contact LG and they were fantastic! Will be getting the missing parts soon. So in reference to the product...I’m not sure how it sounds, but I will never buy from Best Buy again. Such a headache!
