Sound bar good, but subwoofer cuts in and out

The sound bar is not bad; but often, the subwoofer cuts in and out randomly. I purchased it even after reading the reviews about this in hopes that LG fixed the issue. I was wrong. It’s extremely annoying and greatly effects the viewer experience. I will be returning it.
