    The sound goes up and down without touch the control, not sure why.

    It was ok but it was loud enough for me so I switched to vizio 5.0

    I can't use my dish remote on this bar. Works once end I have to follow the process again, and again. And that's sting. My older bar works like a champ. And is the same brand just like 10 years old. I am a little bit disappointed. But I guess is my fault. For traying to upgrade.

      You can control some functions of this unit by your TV remote control even by other company’s product. Controllable functions are volume up/down and mute. Press and hold NIGHT ON on the remote control for about 2 seconds. Then the standby LED (Red) blinks once and you can control this unit by your TV remote control. To turn off this function, press and hold NIGHT OFF on the remote control for about 2 seconds. Then the standby LED (Red) blinks once and you cannot control this unit by your TV remote control. Your cable remote is not compatible with the SK4D.     I ordered this online and picked it up in store. They sold me an open box model. There was no optical cable inside the box to connet to my tv even though it says it comes with one on the box. Was also missing the instructions on how to set it up.

    This soundbar and wireless subwoofer had great ratings and had a great discount leading me to think that I was getting a great online deal. But alas...after receiving I set it up and the sound quality was light years worse than the 28" vizio I got this LG to replace (because I moved the vizio to a different room). So disgusted with the wasted effort, I took the LG back to my local best buy getting a full refund. Just recently I bought a 36" vizio soundbar with wireless sub from someone other than Bestbuy since it has a better remote same as my 28". Just hooked it up this morning and it sounds great. So just because it has great ratings doesn't guarantee it is any good as was the case with this LG.

    Good sound - that’s about it

    Sounds good, don’t like that there is no number display for t volume. It doesn’t seem to be as compatible as my other sound bar with Samsung Smart TV and Apple TV 4K. I frequently have to power on and off manually with its own remote.

    Super diffiluct to get connect to an LG UHD webOS 65” TV. Sound quality was not as clear as I would expect for the price tag. Would not recommend.

    I have tried moving the subwoofer in different positions. On the highest setting I can barely tell it's on. The sound bar is ok but the subwoofer is inferior. It really bugs me you can state room shaking base in your specs.

    Poor sound quality and remote

    This soundbar did not meet my expectations. It had a very hollow sound. The volume control did not work well at all once I connected it to the TV. I returned it and bought a sony.

    BEWARE! Wireless sub signal uses 5GHz....

    I purchased this about 6 months ago. It's been working fine until I decided to upgrade my wireless home internet from the standard 2.4GHz (802.11b/g/n) to the new 5GHz (802.11ac) using a store bought cable modem router. The wireless sub signal is completely interrupted; the green indicator light on the sub starts blinking and the sub sound shuts off. The soundbar still functions. The sub obviously uses a 5GHz signal. If any wireless devices near you uses 5GHz (computer, laptop, printer, cell phone, tablet, smart home devices, etc.) this will not work for you.

    My speaker bar would not respond to the remote. Returned and purchased Sony version of the same package and am happy I did as it works seamlessly. Perhaps this item would work better paired with an lg tv.
