    Someone at Best Buy reach out in regards to this product. The sub woofer keeps going out for some reason. Y’all need to refund me or provide a new product. This is legit a ridiculous situation I should not be facing. Thanks.

    Trash, this device didn't even work for one year and it was very hard to set up initially with instructions provided. Beware of Black Friday deals.

    I hated this soundbar. If your internet isn’t working, this thing doesn’t work. The service dept was horrible. I returned it and bought a Samsung that works great!!!

    Good while it lasted but it only lasted a yr then the volume would go out entirely every hour and would have to be turned on and off again.

    Very easy to setup but every few mins the sound would cut out for 2-3 seconds. After looking online it is an common issue for LG and there is no work around.

    Sometimes the sound bar will cut out and nothing can be done so I turn it off for a week and sometimes it will work again.

    Crapped out about 60ish days in. First the sub went out then the bar itself about a month later.

    I used it for a few months and then the buffer disconnected from the sound bar and I couldn't connect it back again

    Missing Mountign Bracket

      Regrettably, the LG 2.1ch 300W Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer and Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # SK4D does not have slots that are designed for brackets that allow you to mount it to your TV. You might be able to find some shelves that you can mount on the wall right under the TV that will be able to hold the unit. These can be found at retail outlets like Best Buy or through online retail sites. ^CP LG

    The bass is terrible and the volume does not go up Very loud. Can not program to tv remote or universal remote

You can control some functions of this unit by your
      TV remote control even by other company’s product. Controllable functions are volume up/down and mute. Press and hold NIGHT ON on the remote control for about 2 seconds. Then the standby LED (Red) blinks once and you can control this unit by your TV remote control. To turn off this function, press and hold NIGHT OFF on the remote control for about 2 seconds. Then the standby LED (Red) blinks once and you cannot control this unit by your TV remote control. Supported TV brands: LG, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba, Vizio. ^CP LG

    When connect it on my smart tv, bad sound but if connect my phone through Bluetooth its very loud
