Nice aound bar but sub does cut out if to close to your router

I am happy with the purchase, it does it job watching sports, movies. Sound quality is good for what you paid for.

The sound bar sounds great as well as great value for the money. The only downside is that more detailed documentation is NOT included - I was required to look online. Although I did not need the additional instructions to setup, but I did want to know specifically what each button does,...thus the 4 stars and not 5.

My first sound system and it’s amazing! Really adds to the experience of watching a movie. I’d prefer to watch a new movie in my 75 inch with this sound system than go to the movies.

When i bought this product. it was working perfect. now i have issue. i can not control the volume with my tv remote. I tried to reset unplug every thing. i can not use my tv remote to control the volume. can u please help me. i bought this like 2 months ago

I really like the sound but after purchasing the 1st one the sound stopped working after 2 weeks returned it for another 1 and the same thing 2 weeks later the sound stops working

We bought this sound bar for the exercise room. It hooked up quickly and easily. Sound is solid for this smaller space. It's connected to the TV and will easily connect via bluetooth to my iPhone or iPad. Solid recommendation!

Purchased this late November of 2018. Initially was very pleased, easy to hook up, sound was good, pleased that I could easily connect blue tooth to listen to music. In January 2019, blue tooth began disconnecting repeatedly. Stuck at home and not driving for 2 months due to foot surgery, I contacted LG Customer Service. They required that it be returned for repairs, suggested it should take 7 to 10 days, and send a FedEx label. Repair took nearly 1 month and unit still has the same problem. On calling again, the only option offered is to return again for repair. Unacceptable!

We just replaced our 12 y/o plasma TV with an LG LCD, and the sound difference was atrocious. Went onto best buy's website and found this sound bar. Wanted to stick with an LG bar to keep compatibility. I hoped they would connect wirelessly through sound sync, but it turned out that the TV was a bit too old and didn't have sound sync functionality. No fault of the sound bar. What was immediately evident was the lack of inputs. It was pretty much optical, or Bluetooth. No aux, no HDMI passthrough. Again, not ideal, but still no problem. I hooked up the optical line (which was provided in the box) and fired it up. This is where things really went wrong. The sound out of the soundbar was only marginally better in quality to the ones in the new TV, and that might only be because they're firing forward and not downward. It hits highs fine, and the subwoofer handled the lows well, but the mids were non-existant. It constantly sounds like its going between stereo and mono. Compared to my Samsung soundbar which I use for outdoor projection, this doesn't even come close. The old TV's 30w built in speakers even sounded better, and everyone else said the same thing. And there's no way to adjust sound past the 3 preset settings. No mid and treble settings, although you can adjust the subwoofer. And because it's connected to an audio output, the TV blocks out all of it's own internal sound correction settings. It seems like it might be ok for music, but this is terrible for shows/movies. I bought it for a rich sound to fill our living room. It sounds like all I got was a subwoofer and crappy 1.5w flatscreen TV speakers. Definitely steer away if you're looking for anything beyond the most affordable option.

This I have been using for more than 4 years now . This is awesome product and working very fine .

The soundbar is bluetooth capable and will sync to your smart phone, the issue I had (maybe it was because I bought an open-box item) was that every so often it would not put out audio via the optical cable. i would have to unplug/plug in to get it to work. After a few days of that, I was done. I took it back. It sounded great when it was connected to my phone and when it did work with the TV. I may buy another one.

The sou d bar has a crisp sound. The subwoofer on the other hand disconnects randomly for a second and when I pause the movie it makes a rumble noise constantly. Also in bluetooth playback with my phone, the whole system shuts down randomly. The bad thing is I bought 3 of these for my home, two are still in the box because one is for my patio and the other is for my bathroom which is still under construction.

Overall good purchase sounds wonderful got an lg to mach the tv only flaw is when u want to adjust settings on it it dose not show on tv screen

Being a little hard of hearing, the sound is crisp and clear. Great price too.

This was a great soundbar up until I had to take it to tech support 2 times. They still didnt fix the issue, but the sound overall is amazing. I love that it sounds like you're in a movie theater. My next soundbar will be another samsung, like the other one that I already have, in addition to this LG.

First, we did not receive a manual and had to Google it. And had difficulty connecting and adjusting sound. NOT Happy with Best Buy and makes me wonder if they repackaged the one we received and forgot to include the users manual
