Not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased one of these 3 years ago and the sound is amazing on that one with awesome bass. This one I can't even tell if it is working. I dont hear any bass coming from the woofer. There is no indicator for the screen and when I use the remote, it does not indicate if the mode has really been received. This one didn't even have anyway to mount the speaker under the tv. There were no screws or metal braces like the previous one. I dont know if I received a defective unit or used, but this is not the quality of my first one. That was the reason I purchased this one. What a disappointment.

Not happy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a gift for my husband for Christmas. He was super excited. But every couple of minutes, the sub woofer disconnects, the light goes out, and the sub woofer sound drops out. No matter what we do it won’t stop. After lots of googling, we saw another review where geek squad came out to replace the unit for another customer assuming it was a faulty piece of equipment. But the one they brought did the same thing. The sub sits directly next to the soundbar, so not having it in the right proximity is not the reason. I’m just glad I didn’t pay full price and got this on sale. I think I’d rather trash it as opposed to selling it. I’d hate to anger whoever were to buy it from me.

A disappointed buyer.

The instructions are terrible. They are of no help in telling about it's functions. I find it difficult to adjust so the voice is crisp and clear. I get it adjusted and the next time I turn on myTV the sound has changed and I have to adjust it again. If I put on a music channel the sound is great. Other than that it isn't much better than the TV speakers. I've already started to search for a replacement.

Terrible unit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The unit has two critical faults: 1) The Bluetooth drops ALL THE TIME. Can’t listen to music more than 20-30 minutes without it cutting off. 2) The speakers have very limited low volume capacity for background sound All in all, though it sounded like a great deal, I wish I had spent more on a better unit. Drives me nuts.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got this on 24th Nov, after connection and use for a little while. the sound is now continuously fluctuating, it goes up and down on its own despite my reading and re-reading the manual and going through every instructions. this sucks, i had high hopes for this product.

Complete Junk!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first sound bar lasted about 4 months and then the sound started breaking up. Took it in for repair and got it back 2 weeks later. The replaced "mother board" lasted less than a week. Took it back in for repair and got a call from the service center that it was junk and come in and get a new replacement. The replacement only lasted a few months and then the same problem with the sound breaking up. Took it back in for repairs which took 3+ weeks as it sat at the Best Buy store for 9 days until they shipped it out for repairs. Got it back after "repair" and it only lasted for about 2 months. Going back to try and get a full refund as there is no reason to try again to repair this junk.

One minute you’ll here the bass and then the next the music sounds completely different because it’s like the bass turned off on it’s own.

Would not recommend!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality was poor...I purchased this to replace another LG soundbar from a few years ago because the woofer failed. Wow, what a disappointment this was compared to that one! There is only one sound choice option: Cinema. Or "Bass Boost" which didn't boost anything. Sound was flat, boring and didn't give the surround sound feel that my previous LG soundbar did. I hated the look of the actual bar...it's not attractive and has no words on it so you are relying on red dots which mean nothing. Save your $$! I returned for a different model, hoping for a better experience.

Somewhat junk

Never heard sound from it at all.

No sound. Tried going back to my optical wire. No sound. Tried turning everything off and then back on. No sound. No idea why no sound. I've been pressing the volume up button on both the unit and remote and the light blinks registering the signal. But still no change.

Can't stop other Bluetooth connections

Constant Problems

It is so annoying to deal with. I have tried multiple optical cables with the same result. Just simply does not work 1/5 the time.
