Don't purchase! Worked for the first three months, then stopped heating. BestBuy said I had to go through LG for service. LG responded but it took weeks, (Although it was the beginning of Covid-19). The techs replaced the magnetron. Lasted another 2.5 months and it stopped heating again. Contacted LG. They have to send service people again. The wait is 12 days this time. They will not replace the unit until the SAME part is replaced three times. So I am sure once the warranty is up, the same thing will happen again.

My contractor just finish my kitchen, I haven’t really had a chance to enjoy the microwave yet.

I love this microwave. I love that it has an led light on the bottom and the fact that the light is at the front of the microwave and not in the back. It really lights up my stovetop and I also like the added vents that are in the bottom. This replaced a samsung microwave that only lasted 9 months. I also like where the buttons are located, along the side of the door instead of on the bottom of the door.

The micro had issues from day one. After three weeks it was banging and warming food inconsistently. The reason for the two star review is the great customer service we got from Best Buy. The microwave however is of questionable quality at best.

Microwave is just fine. I like the exendavent to pull out when I use the front burners on my cooktop. HOWEVER...PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLOCK DOES NOT STAY ILLUMINATED! let me tell ya, you don't realize how much you use until it's not there. I've tried turning off energy saving mode and and custom settings with no resolution. They only way I've found to get it to stay on is by leaving on the light. Do yourself a favor and get a model that has the clock stay on.

so far thhey had to send their technician twice, door does not close properly and microwave will not turn on, two more days and it will be out of warranty, there goes $700

Bad build quality. After 2 year of regular home use the control panel and the panel on the moving fan door are both loose and about to fall! Warranty is for 1 year by the way,

Super service coupled with professional installation.

Very pleased with this purchase. It is nicer looking in person than the picture. Handle is big and solid. This microwave is so quiet I can barely tell its running. Fan speeds are good and also fairly quiet. Lots of different cooking options.

Bought this to replace a 7 year old Kenmore elite. Was hoping the old bracket on the previous unit would not need to be replaced because it was very similar but turned out I had to replace it. Also had to drill a new hole in the upper cabinet. Overall it's a nice microwave. What would have made it great would have been a bettter Led light one that is warmer in color instead super white, a clock that stays on all the time (power saving mode turns the clock off after five minutes), and really the fan suction doesn't seem all the great when the extend a vent is extended out. But it's a nice unit and the door is super soft when opening and closing.

Took less than an hour to install an begin using. The automatic reheat function works wonders and the wife loves the different vent speeds. Way to go LG, another winner!!!

Stopped working after 2 years so very disappointed in this product. Also, you hardly ever use the extended vent and when you do it’s not very good.
