No switching between two appliances. Its an All-In-One! Brilliant.

Don't heed the reviews of the strange smell - that goes away after about 10 washes. My only complaint would be that lint sometimes builds up in the seal after a wash/dry cycle.

My renter likes it and it works very well for him. He did say it takes a little longer then a "normal" dryer to dry.

Worst appliance experience ever!!!!

Haven't been able to use it yet. First we weren't notified that the machine was backoredered and we had to reschedule delivery. Then we weren't told haul-away doesn't include disconnection. Had to reschedule. Had to quickly find someone to disconnect as the washer was sitting in my mother's dining room. Paid $100 to disconnect. Sceduled haul-away and installation. They did haul-away but now we were told they can't install because the water valves were under the sink!!! Where else do you expect to find water valves!!?? No they must be on top of machine or behind machine. Was told by 2 phone representatives that Best Buy would compensate me for the misunderstanding. Well, all they wanted to do was send me a gift card. After all this aggravation I will never shop in Best Buy!! Even my cousin bought a microwave from Best Buy and the first 3 stopped working within a week!!! Absolutely horrible!! Finally got washer installed yesterday, but now we need someone to snake the drain. I will come back and review the machine after we've had a chance to use it, but I felt it necessary to let people know bow horrible Best Buy treats their customers.

I am returning product purchasing more expensive individual and stackable models WM1455HWA and DLHC1455W. I am not pleased with the vibration and followed manufacture instructions (removed tub holders and leveled) even adding anti-vibration pads/feet.
