I would not recommend for 2nd floor units. Additionally, it’s not worth washing bigger loads in the compact washer because the ventless dryer takes upwards of 6+ hours to dry.

It might help to check that all four leveling feet are adjusted properly and that heavier items are spread out evenly in the drum. As for drying time, ventless dryers use condensation drying, which can take a bit longer than traditional vented ones.
