Simple - clean and elegant. I bought this model to have more room in the kitchen since it is "counter depth". Just the two of us so we didn't need 28 plus cubic feet, 22 is just fine. Only minor complaint is the ice maker in the door sometimes doesn't dispense ice since the ice cubes will stick together. But it has a bigger ice cube maker in the bottom freezer which we use any.

Beautiful fridge. Spacious. We like the inner door shelving. Everything is great, except for the exterior water. It tastes like pool water. Disgusting! I've tried messing with the filter, running through a bunch of water, researching online, and nothing helps. I tried calling LG but their customer service was terrible! The person I spoke with was rude. Had to call back several times and the problem still isn't fixed. If they had decent tasting water, the rating would be a 4 or 5, but this is terrible. If you like drinking filtered water through your refrigerator, don't buy this one from LG.

Good fridge. Lots of room and double ice maker is a plus

I've had this fridge for a month now and I love it so far. The ice and water work great! It's quiet and produces a lot of ice. It's not really roomy, but my front door is small, so I didn't have a choice for a larger fridge. I didn't want another Samsung after having so many issues with my old one. This LG is great so far! The only issue is how expensive the filters are to replace.

So far its good, sleek and nice design and its spacious.

We really like our new LG refrigerator. The ice maker and water filter take up less room than our last one so there is so much more door space. There is an added optional ice make in the bottom freezer drawer. So we can turn it on when we need extra ice but since it's just the two of us. We really don't use much ice so it is more room in the freezer.

Love this fridge. We've had it for over a year with no issues. The space is so functional and you never lose a tupperware of leftovers!

Would have given this frig 5 stars but we had issues with the water cartridge casing on the inside. The case would not shut correctly in the housing that holds the water cartridge. Geek Squad made it right though. Other than this we are happy with the unit. Love the fact that it is a counter depth model. Nice space for a smaller frig.

Excellent refrigerator, good space distribution, ice maker works fast, the handles locks the fridge and that's and advantage over the others. Good information panel and alarms. Good item for the price, good value. Con, the doors are too wide out, 3 to 4 inches, so you "lose" the counter deep profile....

Going on 2 years, does a nice job at doing what it does. It's spacious enough for my needs. Single person home. Hope it lasts a minimum 15 years. Only thing I dislike is having to change the filters, what a drag, can't never remember how I did it last and having to pay $50 a pop is insane.

My first French door style fridge and I am impressed. Deceptively large on the inside being a counter-depth fridge. Can store a lot of items if thoughtfully stacked inside. Occasional but minor issue where the top icemaker will get clogged with ice and requires opening and manual dislodging. Happened twice so far in 5 months. Turned off bottom ice maker and removed tray for additional storage space in the freezer. Top ice maker is enough for 3 adults so we didn't need the bottom ice maker. Minor gripe, the fridge can walk a bit even with the locking feet in place if you slam the doors with medium force. Purchased during a holiday sale and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a French door style fridge.

Our new counter-depth stainless-steel refrigerator is working and looking great! It has all the features we need. We have more room, especially with the adjustable shelfs. The double ice makers are an added feature we didn't expect, but are happy to have.

This is a good fridge but once I got it delivered & hooked up, I realized that it did not have the depth that my original one had. Even though it was the same dimensions, it was smaller on the inside. Not sure if other people know this, but I had to have a plumber install a water shut-off valve behind my fridge which cost me $900. Evidently, if you buy a fridge that makes ice, this is a CA. code law 7 the delivery people will not deliver a new fridge without one there. That extended me to go without a fridge for 2 weeks. I called BestBuy and told them that their sales people should absolutely let the customer know that! It was brutal going without a fridge for over 2 weeks.

I love this refrigerator. It is a great size and fits all of my essentials. It's easy to clean it's working perfectly. The water tastes great but make sure to follow the instructions about filtering the ice/water. Makes a difference!

I'm really satisfied with this purchase. The refrigerator looks great it enhanced the look of the kitchen. Thw counter top depth make fit seamlessly The dual ice maker is a step above the rest. The ergonomic layout of the shelves is efficient. LG for the win!

Very good replacement refrigerator for our old Maytag. The size of the unit was just as advertised. The delivery men were super, on time, considerate and very business like. The process of ordering the unit online went well after I contacted a real person.

This was a great counter-depth fridge while it lasted. Unfortunately, the freezer had a lot of ice build-up in the back and where anything in the freezer would have a lot of frost on everything - almost like if you accidentally left the door open to cause this. I unplugged the fridge to let everything naturally dry out over time, made sure there was no moisture, inspected for any water leaks while it was running, etc., but the problem persisted to the point where we were putting our foods in coolers too often to troubleshoot this issue. I eventually noticed the top seal on the freezer was not completely flush when the freezer was closed, and I didn't have a way to force it flush unless I probably replaced the seal itself. I had a local company come out to inspect for backup, they prefer not to work on it since it was still under warranty, but they suspected it could be something with the door being warped or something else as only the freezer was impacted. I reached out to LG customer service, they stopped making this model so they could not replace it, and they did not have any technicians to look at it in our area, but they made it right by sending me a check for what I paid for the fridge, which I was very happy about. I have other LG appliances and electronics in my household, they do make great products and I've had zero issues with my other items. I was glad their customer service made this right for me.

Awesome purchase! Has a lot of space and the bottom fridge has tons of space as well. Highly recommend. Love the color as well. Still need to set up the water line but everything else is awesome and the installation guys were very nice. 10/10

The ice tray in the freezer is full and easy to use. I prefer that to the door but when I have company, the door water and ice is really helpful! The adjustable shelves are really handy and it's nice to see things easily. I especially like that in the freezer!
