After researching all the refrigerators with the features I wanted, this won out. Love the counter-depth feature that still provides plenty of space. The ice maker is hidden in the door allowing more shelf space as well.

The counter depth works great in our kitchen configuration. The double ice makers are really convenient. The door ice maker does freeze up if not used regularly

Excellent refrigerator. Love the double ice makers and so far has been a great fridge. Clean and has plenty of space for a counter-depth fridge. Would definitely purchase other appliances from LG.

Great fridge! Although the counter depth is smaller than what we’re used to, the interior is efficiently designed. There are only two of us so I would imagine a larger household might fill it easily. For my wife and I, 5 stars!

Love this fridge. It's on smaller side but fits my counter-depth space perfectly. We also really like the large space on the door can holders - they are really wide, as against some other Samsung fridges that we considered/liked.

Been using for 4 weeks now and love it. Wanted a larger fridge but space didn’t allow. Surprised at how well I can organize in it though. Really like having 2 icemakers and they fill quickly.

My space is limited so I didn't have a lot of options. I had to get the Counter Depth. I don't like that but I don't have a lot of space. However, it is nice and works well, so far. I've only had it a month. I would recommend if you HAVE to get counter depth.

This is a great refrigerator. It’s counter-depth, looks great and keeps food cold. The ice maker produces ice that is just the right size.

It’s a very nice fridge. Love the space. The only thing is that the upper ice maker has had ice cubes get stuck in the chute a few times so ice does not dispense without opening the ice maker and breaking the ice jam.

love the refrigerator...it's better than I thought, went into the space easy and the guys that installed were great! The over all buy to installation went so smooth...would highly recommend buying all appliances at Best Buy

I e maker works great, great lifting and great storage options! Color is awesome and really makes the kitchen pop.

It's only been a couple months but it's working great, not a single issue. Went with the lg after hearing about samsung ice maker issues and this one has been working perfectly.

The refrigerator has worked well for us. The water line and ice maker are a little noisy but we are very satisfied with this purchase. The freezer meets all of our needs for space

Nice size, looks good. I would prefer all the ice iin the door making the ice maker easier to turn off and on. Too much ice for me

So far so good. Refrigerator was delivered 1/2/2020. Refrigerator maintains temperature very close to the setting selected. Has ice maker in LH door & one in freezer. Both are working well.

I ordered this fridge because it would fit through my apartment door and has many of the same features as my old LG that died after 14 years. Didn’t refrigerators used to last longer than this? It has smart functions, except I can’t get it to work. I called support for help and they emailed me “clear instructions that anyone can follow easily” except they were not for my model! So still offline. I’ll have to call back.

It's a lovely fridge. I really appreciate the ice and water through the door. The bottom freezer is a black hole. Don't expect to find anything unless you add storage organizers and keep things in their place. There are Youtube videos of people organizing the bottom freezer on these LG french door models with bins from Dollar Tree that helped me out a lot. Also, we went from a normal depth fridge to the counter depth and apparently I had no idea how many condiments I keep in the fridge! I like that this one doesn't stick out but it's been an adjustment to the smaller amount of space.

Couldn’t be happier with my new refrigerator! Lots of storage space in both the refrigerator and the freezer. We’ll designed.

We have had it for a month and it has been great so far...love having the option for crushed ice. All the storage in the doors is great too.

What a great fridge. I have had this refrigerator since September 2020. It is a GEM...shiny and beautiful. It's the first appliance I have purchased in the black SS and it gorgeous. I use to have a side by side and disliked the restrictions of wide items and lower access issues. The french door and the lower slide-out drawer give you so many storage options!!! It's easy to keep clean inside and out. The ice and water dispenser are easy to access and user-friendly. The only thing that I haven't been able to change is the door open reminder. We are notorious of taking items out and using them before putting them back in. Maybe it's teaching us to change our bad behaviors.
