We bought this and under a month icemaker stop working

Very pleased with the product, only minor thing is when dispensing the ice it sometimes misses the glass. A major upgrade from Frigdaire.

This refrigerator was the only one that would fit in our space. Tall items are a bit of a problem because shelves are not adjustable. The door is the best place for them. Drawrrs arr very nice.

Will Never Purchase LG Refrigerator! This refrigerator has required more than 3 times service for major issues compressor, ice machine, leaking water, you name it! Unfortunately Best Buy will not recognize it as a lemon as under their extended warranty they would only do that if they have repaired the same part more than 3 times! Time lost cost inquired not to mention the frustration of calling and having to explain yourself a dozen times! Please save yourself the headache don’t purchase and LG refrigerator!

fridge was only 4 years old and it died and went though hard time to get my fridge repair i could not wait 5 or 7 days to get it repaired i'm DIABETIC and need a fridge all the time my fridge should of lasted at least 20 years NOT 4 years piece of CRAP and a 0 rating for customer service i will never buy a lg product again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this for each lesson 17 months ago with a five year warranty from Best Buy. This fridge has constantly giving me problems with the icemaker to appoint Best Buy cancel my five year warranty and informed me that I no longer qualify for any repairs today I’m replacing the fridge with a KitchenAid from homedepot. Two thumbs down for Best Buy warranty never again

My compressor just died at 4 years old, and LG cannot get anyone out to repair my refrigerator for me, though this issue is covered under warranty, and customer support supposedly "escalated" this matter last week. However, I have not heard back from anyone in 5 days and I am still without a refrigerator, or a plan for repair.

We had height limited space & wanted ice & water in door. No French Door ref. Could offer that functionality. This was best choice for us.

it was the only one that fit the hole. It has grown on me and I really liking it alot. Don’t like the water thing it is tricky and drips water from the door water spout. It could have been done better ther.

The refrig has 2 vegie has 2 vegie crispers no place to put your meat. I am really disappointed with this appliance.

Love the new fridge, the stainless doesn't get finger marks , ice maker work s great, we paid to have the water line installed and they did a great job - AWSOME

The appliance broke soon after the extended warranty expired. I called several repair companies and they no longer repair LG refrigerators. The refrigerator also needed service several times while it was under warranty. Avoid these pieces of crap at all costs.

We purchased this as replacement for an almost twenty year old unit of similar size and configuration based on the excellent ratings for LG as a consumer brand. To date we are very pleased with our cboice.

I'm happy with this side by size refrigerator, although the freezer is a bit on the small size.

Very happy with this purchase so far, fits in the limited space I have and has more room than my previous refrigerator.

I do love the refrigerator, but I wish changing light bulbs were a little easier.

After 3 years the control panel (circuit board) failed. Replacement cost estimate is $400. The repairman stated that LG’s have a history of these failures. Don’t buy!

After previous refrigerator failed to cool, I am very happy with my new LG side by side.Loving the through the door water and ice.No more naked hands on ice.
