It is a very good refridgerator, spacious and efficient.

This fridge has the best layout! So many shelves on the freezer side plus drawers, and a lot of space on the fridge side. I love the digital temperature control for both the fridge and the freezer, super accurate, and the ice maker commands. It’s also very silent, and it looks great. I would never go back to a stacked fridge/freezer layout. And the super tall water dispenser is great for filling out bottles.

Ice maker was working on and off and both GeekSquad & LG teams were unable to figure out what’s wrong despite scheduling many repair visits throughout the two years. Eventually, they told me that the ice maker is a luxury part and they cannot exchange the fridge since the protection plan doesn’t allow the exchange due to failure of luxury parts. Best buy failed to understand that a fridge is one product for the customer and all what customer wants is to have this product works according to how it suppose to. Customer service of Geek Squad were busy explaining terms and conditions of the plan instead of understanding my point that I want the fridge to work 100% including the ice maker. Such a waste of money when buying from best buy a company that doesn’t stand for a product they sell and a geek squad call center can’t understand the customer point because were busy talking instead of listening.

Love the size and how great it looks. The only down side is the water still doesn't taste very good.

This refrigerator is exactly what it says it is. Plenty of room!!!

I've owned my new LG fridge for a little over a year now, so I think I can get a reasonably good idea of it's reliability. I like pretty much everything about it except...I don't like having the water filter change light being unable to be turned off. I realize that you want me to have clean water, but the water in my district has been tested, and comes out as good as, if not better, than many bottled waters. I can still get my water and ice dispensed without a new filter, but cannot stop the flashing light (it does turn itself off after about 10-15 seconds). BTW... It only comes on when a door is opened. I know that's kind of petty, but that is the only thing I don't like about this fridge. I love the space saving ice-maker on the door. The whole fridge seems very sturdily built. I looked at about 6-8 different brands before I bought this one, and I'm pleased with my purchase.

Lots of room. No noise. Keeps foods cold and has ability to make ice cubes in 3 sizes. Real quality

Needed smaller width fridge and this works great. Can't get a frozen pizza in freezer.

This refrigerator looks so good. It has many features I didn't think I would need, but love now. Easy to use ice & water in the door. More space inside than it looks like in the store. The delivery was a breeze. The men that brought it did a super job. No damages to my refrigerator or my home. I LOVE BUYING FROM BEST BUY.

I don't have a lot is space under my counter for a fridge so this is perfect

This LG is efficiently arranged. The freezer looks small but the icemaker in the door makes up for thinner shelves. My vegetables stay fresh, the light is good.

Considering its overall size, it is able to hold a lot of food. The water dispenser is a bit latent, but overall, you will get a lot of fridge for your money.

Would have give this 5 stars but a little noisy . The Whirlpool I had originally bought was really noisy so this one does not bother me that much.

We searched online and in-store choosing this model because of features and size requirements. We liked the spill-proof shelves and ice-maker set-up .
