Perfect size. Only complaint is doors “bounce” open when shut

So far we love the refrigerator. Wife likes the layout and design and says the fingerprints and keeping it clean on the outside was not at all as bad as she thought it would be. She uses just water and cloth towel. Wife also states that it is a lot easier to find things in our new fridge. So far a great fridge.

Best refrigerator we have owned. Very spacious and designed well.

This was my wife and my first refrigerator purchase for our new home, and hopefully our last for a while. The fridge has plenty of shelving space but configuration of the door shelves can be a little awkward if you don't align with whatever is in the actual main fridge shelves. Not very noisy which is a plus.

The one negative is that the shelves are arranged...in the main section, not the door shelves...where you can't put any item with height to speak of. Big containers of parmesan cheese won't fit on any shelf. Bottles of catsup won't fit either. And if you move a shelf so it has more room, you've short changed another shelf. This design forces you to put more heavy things on the door shelves. I'm still rating it 4 stars because it works and the lighting is very good in it.

I really like this fridge. It’s the same size as my previous fridge but it doesn’t have a water system and the ice tray is in the freezer (where it should be). This gives it a lot more space. I love that it will chime if the door isn’t shut all the way because my family is notorious for leaving the door open. The shelves on the doors are huge and can fit a lot of different size items. My only complaint is that it doesn’t seem level but that could be the fault of the delivery guy.

Beautifully designed refrigerator with lots of room and runs quietly. I am very pleased!

I can reach the back of each shelf and everything is great. I never thought I would enjoy owning a refrigerator so much. I had my last one 24 years and this one is just a month old but I wish I had bought it sooner.

It is just the size my family needed. So far no problems, keeps items cold and temp is steady.

This is our 2nd home fridge. Perfect for our space and needs.

Terrible experience. First one delivered, ice maker never worked..Total Tech came out twice and brought another one on the second appointment. Well, the ice maker didn’t work on that one either! So I went back to Best Buy and had to order a different brand which, of course was more expensive. I was told that LG’s have a linear compressor which is “ hit and miss” causing them many lawsuits. I ended up with a GE Profile and it was installed two days ago. So far it’s working fine. If I could, I would give LG ZERO stars. However, my experience with Best Buy was great ; they were very helpful in trying to solve my problem.

Got this to replace our old counter depth side by side refrigerator/freezer. I cleaned out the old refrigerator, which was full, and put it in this one. It seemed only a little more than half full. They were both supposed to be nearly identical storage space.

Delivery was on time and the guys were very professional

It is fabulous! I like the design/layout. I personally don't use the ice maker, so I can't speak to that. Since I purchased it sight unseen, I couldn't be more pleased if I have opened and looked at many. I purchased it in June for later delivery as my place was still being built. It was delivered two days before Xmas.

Plenty of room is this counter depth refrigerator. Has ice maker, didn’t want water or ice dispenser.

Unfortunately we were not able to keep this refrigerator because it did not fit into our space. Our In Home Designer was able to replace it for a model that did fit in a very timely fashion. Had the refrigerator fit it would have been perfect for what we needed. But we can not complain about the service we received and we recommend Best Buy to everyone.
