A: The first one we bought leaked from the rear water connection where the line enters the ice maker. The line had a crack in it. Best Buy replaced it with a new refrigerator in 2 days. The second one has been fine. My daughter bought the same refrigerator with no leaks or problems at all.

A: Following installation, please allow 24 hours for the unit to cool and reach desired temperature. Please note the displayed temperature is the target temperature, and not the actual temperature of the refrigerator. The actual refrigerator temperature depends on the food inside the refrigerator. The icemaker will not begin to operate until it reaches its operating temperature of 15 °F (–9 °C) or below. A: We’ve had our fridge 4 weeks and have had to call for repairs 4 times. Geek Squad has failed multiple times and they even sent out the LG manufacturer. Even though water is ruining our floor, the turn around time has been over a week each time.
A: It isn't fingerprint proof; is called fingerprint resistant. Easy to clean. We haven't had an issue with fingerprints at all.
