The product itself is fantastic, my family and I love it. The customer service however was terrible. We ordered the fridge and set the delivery date for a week later. Day of the delivery a team came and hauled away our old fridge. The delivery window came and went and no delivery, we called customer service and they told us the delivery had been broken and had to reschedule the delivery, for a week later. So not only did we have to throw away $200 worth of groceries, condiments, etc. but we had to wait a week and then replace the groceries we lost with another $200 worth. The policies of Best Buy to reimburse up to 10% is ridiculous as it cost us another $500-$600 in food when the break in delivery was their fault. We were given a gift card of $126 to make up for it....terrible.

Good quality refrigerator with plenty of space. The easy access door to milk and other common items is a huge plus!

I could not love this fridge more! Love the craft ice balls! So roomy. The app is fun for tracking energy usage.

We love it and round ice is great just be warned they are not perfect like the advertised pictures and all have a flat part. Only 1 thing I could complain about is that I think the door ice maker could have better insulation as every so often ice doesn't drop because ice has froze together on sides. This could be do to the fact my wife and daughter like to stand with the door open... From design side I would suggesst more refrigerator space less freezer space.

Love the ease of use. The right windowed door instead of having to use the full door open. The freezer making "drink balls" is pretty cool.

Upgraded from a 10 year old kitchen Aid and it’s night and day. It’s smarter, makes clear ice, magnetic stainless steel, air filtration, etc.

Overall this has been a fantastic refrigerator with several nice to have features. My only complaint and the reason why I took one star off is due to the small bins for produce. Granted, I downsized from a ~26 cu ft fridge to this 23.5 cu ft fridge which could account for the difference. However, I don’t think the bins have enough space for produce for a family of 3. If produce space is not that big of a deal to you then this should not be a deal breaker.

First of all, if you have a big family probably not best in storage. But, it fits perfectly in my kitchen. It makes cool ice cubes too.

This is my second set of LG appliances. We left the first set with our house when we sold it. We love LG and the space the fridge offers.
