    Love LG refrigerators! This is our first one that is counter depth and it does not have the storage capacity as our last one but there is only two of us so we will manage. Not sure about the craft ice if its worth it. Time will tell. Our last LG was full size with the same door set up and we loved it for over 6 years. Kitchen just remodeled so we went with the counter depth.

    Very expensive refrigerator but again they all are. You are paying for a brand on this one. Everything works well as expected other than the water filter. The water tastes a little off with their filter. We have stopped using it. The worst part was delivery service of best buy. Took 2 weeks to get it after it was supposed to be delivered. Couldn’t cancel and had to call in everyday.

    Recently purchased an LG French door refrigerator from the Best Buy outlet. Staff was very helpful and made the shopping experience go well. We picked up the refrigerator and the staff had the packaging complete and assisted in loading on our trailer. We highly recommend shopping at the outlet center and will definitely shop there again for a great price on future appliance purchases.

    We loved this refrigerator, only issued sometimes is the ice machine frozen up and you have to manually take it out and shake it and put it back. Other than that it's working fine. Lg Need to improve this issued. We want to give a big thanks to West oak bestbuy in Houston Ms Becky she is very knowledgeable at helping us with the purchase process, very helpful and friendly to work with.
