Love this fridge. This is our second one as the home we just sold had the first one we bought. Black stainless was the first. Beautiful! And this one StAinless steel. Love them both. The easy access door is handy and lights up when open or knock on the door when closed and the light goes on for staring.

After having this fridge for less than 3 years. It is already going out. We have the Best Buy extended warranty however they have now cancelled our appointment to get it fixed 3 times without saying why. Now it worse than ever. I will never buy an LG product nor will I ever purchase anything from Best Buy again. Horrible customer service and even worst warranty.

Had a bunch of problems with delivery. But other than an issue with the air filter we're happy with it.

I replaced a side by side unit that had a deep and narrow freezer that required me to sometimes empty a shelf to get what I wanted. This new refrigerator has a much more accessible freezer.

This is our third purchase of the LG refrigerator. We recommend this model for a reliable and esthetically pleasing addition to your kitchen. The glass window allows you to check on your milk supply easily.

I do love this refrigerator but it doesn’t have as much room inside as I would’ve liked. You don’t have much flexibility with the shelves. Makes very cool ice cubes though!! I’d give it 4 1/2 stars

Nice fridge if you organize it well. Due to the size of our cabinet and it’s location we had to go with this one because the fridge location is in the middle of the kitchen. We don’t want 6 inch stick out in the middle of the kitchen.

Remarkable storage and capacity. It replaced a refrigerator with a 25 cubic capacity and held all items comfortably. The freezer compartment capacity is also great.

What a beautiful refrigerator!! Refrigerator was not in store for me to see. So I depended on the online pics and specifications, which were very impressive. When it arrived, it far exceeded my expectations. The features are everything the specifications indicated.

Appreciated the service in the store. Also communication about the installation and the two Geek Squad staff who installed the new fridge. Really like the low pull-out freezer drawer. Still figuring out how best to organize the new space.

Love the lower pull out freezer and those large round ice cubes. The easy access door for milk, creamer and assorted drinks is very handy instead of opening the entire door. Great unit and recommend to friends.

Both sales and delivery/installation staff were great: everything done as promised, and was even better. Changed my entire expectations of BestBuy: you guys have done a tremendous job in terms of Customer Sat. Congrats!

I like everything about this refrigerator but 3 things. 1 The shelving is lacking space for tall items.2, You need to open both doors to access the bottom draw on the refrigerator compartment. 3.It only makes 3 craft ice cubes per day.

The freezer is a bit difficult to optimize storage. There is also a shortage of space for upright storage in the refrigerator, for things like milk, pitchers, etc. But otherwise, everything works very well so far.

This refrigerator is very nice. I didn’t think I’d need the Insta-view door, but it’s great! Sometimes you catch a view of the door out of your peripheral vision and it seems like the door is open, but you get used to it!
