Thankfully we had purchased the protection plan. We wanted a longer lasting fridge and I was advised by the Best Buy appliance specialists that LG was the most reliable brand so I opted for an LG replacement. The craft ice is fun, but 10 days in an error code started popping up. Geek squad came out multiple times and couldn't fix the error. They were kind enough to start an exchange for us. Before the new fridge could even get here this fridge stopped functioning and we lost another round of perishable food items, not even 3 months in. Make sure you invest in the Geek Squad protection plan if you purchase this fridge. What a nightmare.

Refrigerator that was delivered was scratched and was not staying cold. A replacement was delivered. The washer and dryer are working great.

The only thing that I would like to see improved is the craft ice maker is kind of slow in production. However, if you’re not using it every day, then you’re good with it.
