Awesome fridge! We use the ice balls frequently. Also the door panel is great to see what’s available without opening the door.

Ice in ice bucket has frozen twice. Temperature settings on default.

This refrigerator looks great and I had been very pleased with it until the in-door ice maker stopped making ice after about six months. Not too much of a problem I thought, as it is still under manufacturers warranty. I called LG service went through a very long process to actually get a service engineer to come out to look at it and once he arrived he confirmed that the in-door ice maker needed replacing. Six weeks later, having been without the ice maker working since I reported it as faulty, I am still waiting for the repair. The repair company are still waiting for the replacement parts to become available from LG despite them being ordered the day after the service call. I was advised by the repair company that LG have informed them that the parts are on back order and don't know when they will be available. I then called LG service myself in disbelief, who eventually, after having been disconnected on my calls four times while holding, confirmed that the parts were on back order. I eventually managed to speak to Sarah, an LG Supervisor, who then informed me that the parts may arrive in a weeks time or if not probably about two weeks time, but she very much sounded like she didn't actually know or care and was just trying to get me off the phone. - such is LG's Customer Care!! Seriously!! how can a manufacturer be having problems getting parts for a fridge thats only nine months old. The ice maker is still not working and I am still waiting for the parts to be become available. As mentioned, the fridge looks great but beware, if it goes wrong you may well be waiting months for it to be repaired as LG simply don't seem to be able to get the replacement parts for their appliances, perhaps consider another brand, one that can actually get the parts to repair what they sell!!

Really awesome refrigerator. Looks great and functions great as well. Only negative is it’s not magnetic lol.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. It replaced my 6 year old Samsung which unfortunately was defective and irreparable...for many owners.

Black stainless is great but food inside is bad I make poor decisions

Ice machine is a bit loud, once installed it takes a bit for ice to be made but is a good refrigerator so far.

Nice fridge and the beverage center is a nice function but.... the Freezer motor already had to be replaced once and now I'm having to call in again because the ice keeps melting.
