I truly believe this refrigerator is a LEMON. They should recall the entire thing. We have had SO MANY ISSUES with ice and water. The craft ice machine has been replaced TWICE. The technician tells me it was just designed poorly and they always break. In addition, now I'm out of my warranty the water coming out of the refrigerator SMELLS TERRIBLE. All other water in our house is fine. We had a plumber out to replace our plumbing thinking it could be that? We replaced our filters twice. Nothing works. The plumber said it's an issue with the refrigerator. Now we don't even use the water dispensor. It's so frustrating especially with the outrageous cost of the refrigerator. Aside from this we also had issues with delivery (the refrigerator was scratched) and installation (they mistakenly didn't tighten the tubes and it flooded my kitchen). All around nightmare.

My refrigerator came with a scratch and dent across the freezer door..its Christmas and in order to have a fridge I had to use this one until another could be ordered, therefore we have to empty another fridge, take off the front door and screen door again and wait another day for delivery.

Purchased this refrigerator in Dec 2019. Got it delivered on Jan of 2020. By September, the craft ice is not working. Regretting this purchase overall.

Love the look, but so many disappointments. Not enough flexibility with the shelves. Also hard to put tall items in refrigerator. The cold water is not very cold and can only get 8oz every 2 hrs or so. Also very difficult to get refrigerator level. There is no adjustment in the back and installer needed to put it up on wood blocks (lucky we had some) which means we can never pull out the refrigerator if we want it level.

Nice to see all of the positive experiences, but mine isn't good at all. Ice balls are "fun" but they're not completely round. Oh well ... who cares. No biggie. The real problem is that the ice maker clumps up on one side, and renders dispensary inoperable. Service technician has been worthless. He does not seem to care. He's missed appointments. He's showed up at random times. He obviously doesn't report his visits. This now renders the actual visit tally erroneous in the LG system. LD customer service has honestly now taken over as king for worst customer service that I've dealt with. They always have wrong information in their system ... every time I call them. Today to "supervisor" told me that the others that I've spoken to are just wrong and can't tell me what they've told me. They really have no idea what is going on. I have random parts showing up at my door, and they don't know what for. It's truly been insanity. Not much to say except that I'll sell these appliance at a huge loss to help someone, and I'll buy a different brand. Unfortunately, I bought Fridge, Oven and Microwave. Oven doesn't cook evenly, and Microwave can't be seen in the dark. Nothing is backlit on these appliances. LG customer service won't even address the uneven cooking. They simply ignore me. My personal experience used here. Happy others are happy.

This refrigerator is only 2 weeks old and already the freezer has stopped working for some reason, and best buy is sending out LG this week to investigate. The alarm is beyond annoying and there is no way to turn it off on this model, the way you could with older models. It almost instantly starts beeping. LG should have at least extended the timer if they were going to take away the ability to turn it off. The crisper drawers feel extremely flimsy and it seems they don't come out far enough. I feel like I'm going to yank them completely out of the refrigerator to open them. Then there's the large bottom drawer that has a top that allows you to lift the top half, I guess for access to items in the far back, but it makes no sense because it barely opens because the draws on top are in the way. At the end of the day, I wish I didn't buy this refriderator. I was warned by an Appliance repair guy to stay away from LG and still took a chance. Never again
