Excellent refrigerator! Has everything I need. Beautiful Quality of ice with two kinds of ice one for a regular use and one for cocktails. Very convenient drawer for refrigerator items and an amazingly convenient Small door on the front for items that are regularly used.

Love this fridge and the craft ice. Our space was limited but we didn’t want to lose the quality of this fridge. Best Buy had the fridge in the size we needed and availability was better than other stores in our area. Definitely recommend this appliance.

Our first week with this new refrigerator has been fantastic. It replaced an older Jenn-Air unit, which was nice but no frills. After owning a Samsung for a few years (now a garage fridge), this new LG compares very favorably. Large & flexible storage area inside. The three compartment bottom freezer is very convenient for separating items. The in-door ice and water dispenser system is a great design. And the fingerprint-proof stainless exterior is perfect for any family. Our only concern, so far, is that the craft ice maker only produces three spheres a day...meaning you have to save them up for several days if you plan to use them when entertaining guests for cocktails. However, we do really like the small cubed ice in the door dispenser. With the single concern mentioned above, I would highly recommend this LG unit for anyone looking for a comparable refrigerator.

This was our first counter depth fridge and there is meaningfully less space inside. It fits in the kitchen sooo much better and looks really nice. We have a 2nd fridge in the laundry room otherwise this fridge by itself might be too small for our family of 4.

Love the space and features. Very spacious, love the craft ice maker, the light up display and the customizable shelving heights.

I really like the double doors on the refrigerator it allows you to put big items in there if need be like a big cake. The freezer on bottom is nice. The see-through door is nice to be able to see it a glance what you have in the refrigerator you can see quite a bit of what’s in the refrigerator.

The fridge has a lot of great features. It keeps food cold and the craft ice is a nice touch. Aligning the doors is kind of a headache. The installer didn't get it right (put the shims on the wrong hinge). I tried and didn't get it right either (wrong part of inner hinge). There has to be an easier way

Love this refrigerator. I had the model below this one and ended up grading to this model for the craft ice. Really like the knock-knock feature. Definetely recommend this fridge.

This is an awesome choice if you are in the market for a sleek new look for your kitchen. A nice surprise feature is the sphere ball ice maker-it leaves everyone in awe when they see it.

Replaced the Samsung (due to ice blockages) with this LG refrigerator. It’s been only a few weeks usage with the LG and so far it delivers on all points - spacious, good ice-making (including the craft ice feature). It is working out wonderfully so far!

Overall this is a great refrigerator. However, it is a little difficult to store tall items on the main shelves because of limited adjustment options. Really like the drawers in the freezer. Door in door is great for beverages and condiments.

It look nice and a great upgrade to my home. Insta view door is very helpful to keep the refrigerator cold, we don’t need to open the whole door to just take out some snacks or drinks. It’s a expensive refrigerator but it’s worth it. The crafted ice something new to enjoy.

Just love the craft ice option. When i have my friends over, that's the first thing they ask in their drinks :) A great refrigerator with the insta view option. more than that the smart options and ease of changing filters.

The LG French Instaview door refrigerator is a beautiful addition to any modern kitchen. The interior has ample space for large items (gallon containers, large wine bottles, juice cartoons etc) to satisfy a 4+ family. A little pricey but an excellent choice.

I love this refrigerator! The only thing that would make it better is to have a finish that doesn't show fingerprints. Since we do a lot of entertaining, the dual ice makers are great.

Good looking but major design flaw, unreliable and noisy. I think this refrigerator has cemented my feeling that manufacturers attempt to put all the bells and whistles on products has meant they cut corners on quality and reliablility. This unit looks great, was ideal for the counter depth we needed - it was so hard to find a counter depth we liked. One thing I like is that the ice dispenser is easy to clear when it gets jammed up - which is frequently but the craft ice worked for about a year then was unreliable and now has stopped working at all, for no reason. There is a big waste of space in the freezer section now that we can't use. It also has so many unnecessary nooks and crannies that make it hard to keep clean, hope you never have a spill inside as that stuff will stay in there forever. Also the slim drawer below the crisper should be split, it's a pain having to open the whole fridge to open it. We had a Samsung before this and thought it couldn't get worse. And then I purchased an LG.

I like the clean design and the temperature consistency is excellent. It makes ice pretty quickly and the funky double door thing is pretty easy to get used to.

We love the new refrigerator. We had some reservations about the ice maker due to size and our last LG the ice maker was a problem. But this ice maker is great and the freezer makes the large round ice balls. A lot of compartments and trays to hold bottles and fruit.
