love the French doors with the freezer on the bottom, Also love having the amount of width space it provides. Ice maker is not distractingly noisy. Doors close well and let you know if they aren't shut Does show fingerprints tho

But so far I love this refrigerator. Spacious and quiet.

There is a lot of wasted room inside the freezer and the refer sections--in front of the lower drawer in the upper section, on the doors, and under the shelves. Also, given the size and number of shelves, there are very few different configurations if you have a lot of tall bottles, jugs, and pitchers. On the rail above the lower drawer and just above the vegetable bin / fruit bin are two slide adjustors that stick up. You will continually knock into those adjustors when you remove tall beverage containers from the lower glass shelf. This is a really stupid design issue. The freezer drawer has an upper level that sort of locks in place instead of rolling out all the way. This is dumb, too. We purchased this model because we wanted no water filter and no water or ice access through the door. But we expected better from LG. I strongly suggest you carefully examine this product on the showroom floor before buying.

We had a same size LG unit about 7 years ago that fit in our small condo. When the unit broke we bought the same size LG, but they made the freezer small. The upper refrigerator is larger, but the shelf has less increments so harder to put our normal items we used to put in our old refrigerator. Other than that is a good unit. No problems so far.

This is working nicely for us. The only complaint is the inner freezer drawer which slides smoothly in the store, but constantly sticks now. Suspect once it's connected to power and the freezer is cold what used to be smooth now has a layer of frost. The drawer still works, so this is mostly an annoyance. We also miss being able to stick magnets to the front of the fridge, but we've adapted.

This replaced a 20 year old Kenmore top freezer. The french doors are a nice change and there's tons of room in the fridge. The split shelves make for lots of customization depending on what's in there. I wish there was a little more versatility with positioning the door shelves, but it's not bad the way it is. So far, it seems to maintain decent temperatures - we'll see how it does once the heat of summer hits. The freezer is nice - still getting used to how to stack things so I don't forget what's in there. All in all, a great fridge - very roomy for its size.

Love this Model for great lighting, deli tray, quiet running. Tech had to replace freezer door since the handle was not aligned correctly. Did great job. I really like the white color in my kitchen. I like the two drawers in the freezer. I would recommend this purchase and Best Buy is no 1 for service.

Plenty of room. Love the adjustable shelves. Like how easy the temperature gauge is adjusted. Very quiet operation. Good efficiency rating!

Bought this refrigerator a while back, the compressor went out within the warranty period. BB technician came and replaced the compressor, did a great job. The refrigerator has been running as expected since then. Was very glad that I purchased the refrigerator at BB.

Upon the "final" arrival of my refrigerator, the two nicest young men came and make the delivery a pleasure. They were so nice and carried out my old refrigerator and brought in my new one. They were very professional and made the process seem easy. I greatly appreciated the way they handled the delivery.
