I had to call and find out why. NO PHONE CALL FROM BEST BUY. I inquired about compensation for my time and was told “yes, but you have to call immediately after installation” which I did only to have customer service ask me for my phone # 3 times and my email address twice, then they hung up on me. The installation man who showed up, was outstanding. I cannot tell you how professional he was. Love to have him do another installation for me, but NOT from Best Buy. Your CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!

I had to wait almost a month for a technician to come to the house. This whole time I was not able to use the machine or my kitchen sink area at all. Since then technician arrived and I had a plumber come to my house to replace and snake the pipes, it has been working well I do find that because of the placement of the on/off button I often engage it unintentionally. Also the dishes do not dry completely Regarding the microwave ... my first choice fit in the space (which had a microwave previously) but because of the design would not open so I order a different model that took over a month to arrive and be installed, it is a bit bulky for a space but does fit and function. Overall it has been a frustrating experience.

Especially love the small flat tray @ the very top for sharp knives & larger utensils. Nice not to get stabbed when unloading! My husband (who luckily, is very handy) installed it.

My only problem is that it does not dry your dishes, even with the overnight dry setting. Everything is soaked. I have to dry everything by hand before I can put it away. It’s a nice dishwasher but I really wish it actually dried the dishes.
