Machine is great! Guys that installed were very helpful

they forgot to tell us that anything that comes from overseas is not a heated unit to dry dishs- outside of that worked fine but could not read controls on frt

This dishwasher is amazing. Despite the issues with the installers (not BBY fault) The only draw back is the 3rd shelf is a little too high and my spatulas sometime get stuck

so far it is performing up to our expectations, but we just purchase therefore it is too early to provide a meaningful rating at this point in time.

The wash is excellent the main reason we got this washer. The smarts are limited as its is connected via NFC and notification isn't in real time.

Other than being ignored in the Millerville store and having to just order it online, everything else was wonderful. Install and delivery guy was amazing. Quick, clean, friendly and punctual.

Disappointed in the way it dries. Washes well and adjustable shelf comes in handy. Just not fun always having lots of wet dishes on top two shelves.

I like the dishwasher but I haven't figured out how to get the dishes dry. I push the heat dry and when it is done and I open the door everything is still wet. I have to hand dry everything.

The dishwasher seems to be doing a nice job. I like that there is a top drawer for silverware and other utensils. I was tell a family member about the unit and she bought one as well. It works great for her also

What a powerful dishwasher. 9 yr olds job to do dishes & can't expect a pre rinse.. however, it'll do it. Be careful of certain tumblers, bc it's so powerful & hot. All in all, it's beast.

Quiet. It works. My wife like it! A rat ate a hole in the drain tube. Best Buy service let us down. "Emergency" service took nearly a week! The product is quite good. Best Buy service failed us!!!!

Works great so far. I have not had a dishwasher for over 10 years so I think anything will work Great . Long wash time though.

I exchanged the initail dishwasher for another one. The 2nd one is still doing the same thing. The dishwasher is not drying the interior of the dishwasher properly. The door remains wet with condensation and the interior does not completely dry. I have to wipe areas my self with a towel or leave the door partially open until it dries. The items washed dries.

So far it’s been running smoothly and no problems.

Very quiet, takes a long time to wash though. The racks also fall down easy.

When it works, it's great. It worked well the 1st 3 months. It took a month to get it installed. I've had this dishwasher for 11 months. It's been working less than half of that. Between the initial phone call, the 1st visit, waiting for the ordered part, finding a date to install the part only to try again - order a different part, wait for it, install it - the "repairs" can take 4 weeks to 2.5 months to take place! Give it another 2-3 weeks & it breaks down again! No chance for a return via Best Buy & LG refuses to back up their warrantee either. My suggestion: buy a cheaper dishwasher that works & avoid this one! GOOD LUCK.
