Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quite honestly disappointed, you would think in 2023 getting a dishwasher that washes well and dries your dishes would be simple. This dishwasher takes 3:35 hours to do a load of dishes, only the Heavy Cycle works well. This dishwasher often leaves dishes with the same particles that went into it. All the dishes need to be pre-rinsed of all food in order to get cleaned dishes in 3:35 hours. This machine also does not come with a Sanitize Cycle, in my opinion. This is part of my summer kitchen, so the dishwasher isn't used to often. However, when its time to use it, we often opt for hand washing. Our main kitchen has a different brand machine (Bosch) much superior to this. We use the same products in both machines, Finish Quantum and Finish Rinse Aid, hard pass on LG dishwasher in the future.

Everything works as expected, except dry cycle is not as good as my old one, which was 22 years old. This seems to be a common complaint. Only time will tell how well it holds up.

My previous $300 dishwasher was a lot more efficient. Didn’t look as good but I regret upgrading for the looks alone now.

Sometimes, control panel will go on a fritz, as if grasping for life. This happens everyday now! I found several other reviews explaining this same problem. I wish I did not buy this brand dishwasher.

It is very difficult to get through LG support. Was lucky to get through once and they have requested $300 to repair the dischwasher

Not the greatest... Need a drying towel too...

It looks very nice and matches our other LG Black stainless appliances but it doesn't clean very well and it does Not dry our dishes. We pre rinse everything before we wash it so a basic dishwasher usually does fine. This one does not.
