My old dishwasher had a insulated blanket to help with sound. This one didnt even come with one. My old dishwasher had a attachment where I could wash my wine glasses, thus ine didnt come with one. The basket where the forks and spoons go have such small openings that it wont fit any of my items. I wish i could return this.

I have other LG products and all of the racks are super sturdy and solid. With the amount of features it offers it should be an exceptional dishwasher. Got lots of good reviews and that helped in my decision. The Quad Wash feature was the final sale piece.

If that’s something you want, make sure you double check if the dishwashers you are looking at has a heating element. Because this one does NOT. It also will not dry the dishes if you do not use rinse aid. Such a horrible feature. Would not have purchased if I knew this information. It also takes forever to actually wash anything. My old one would wash and dry within an hour.
